旁观者现象与提高主体性道德人格教育的实效性研究

【摘要】:旁观者群体是由一些个体临时组成的一个道德冷漠的群体,旁观者现象本质上是旁观者这个群体的主体性道德人格出现问题,也就是这个群体的成员在道德认识上出现偏差,在道德选择上做出了不符合道德标准的抉择,在道德行为上选择了“不作为”的逃避相应道德责任的行为,归根结底是当前主体性道德人格教育的实效性欠佳。本文认为,要切实提高主体性道德人格教育的实效性,首先要加强主体性道德人格教育工作中的实效性,包括确立育人为本的教育理念以及确立价值引导和自我构建相统一的理念;优化主体性道德人格教育的目标、内容体系、教育方法以及教育队伍的力量与素质。其次社会主体应加强自身的道德修养,包括要注重学思结合以及要注重知行统一。最后要建立包括社会、家庭、学校的“三位一体”的互动立体式网络提升主体性道德人格教育的实效性。只有这样才能从根本上矫治旁观者现象。
[Abstract]:The bystander group is a group of moral apathy, which is temporarily composed of some individuals. In essence, the bystander phenomenon is the problem of the subjective moral personality of the bystander group, that is to say, the members of this group deviate from the moral understanding. In the final analysis, the actual effect of the current subjective moral personality education is not good because of the fact that the moral choice is not in accordance with the moral standard, and the behavior of evading the corresponding moral responsibility of "inaction" is chosen in the moral behavior. This paper holds that in order to improve the effectiveness of subjective moral personality education, we should first strengthen the effectiveness of subjective moral personality education. It includes the establishment of the educational concept of educating people and the unity of value guidance and self-construction. Optimize the goal, content system, educational method and strength and quality of subjective moral personality education. Secondly, the social subject should strengthen his own moral cultivation, including the combination of learning and thinking and the unity of knowledge and practice. Finally, it is necessary to establish an interactive three-dimensional network including society, family and school to enhance the effectiveness of subjective moral personality education. Only in this way can we fundamentally correct the bystander phenomenon.
