用核心自我评价矫正大学生网络依赖的团辅干预研究

【摘要】:核心自我评价的概念由美国心理学家Judge提出,是人格研究的新取向,并且得到了我国学者的本土化验证,核心自我评价包括自尊、一般自我效能、神经质和控制点四个方面,已有大量研究证实了这四个方面与网络依赖之间的关系,但对核心自我评价与网络依赖间的关系还没有进行深入地探讨。 本研究在综述相关文献的基础上,调查了大学生上网方式、上网内容和网络使用状况,对比了大学生和中学生的网络依赖状况,探讨了不同阶段学生网络使用状况的发展趋势,探索了大学生核心自我评价、心理健康状况和网络依赖间的关系,提出了用核心自我评价矫正大学生网络依赖的团辅干预模式,并对这一模式的有效性进行了验证,主要得出如下结论: (1)大学生上网方式多样化,电脑和手机都是大学生的主要上网工具,上网内容涉及面较广,以娱乐为主。 (2)大学生网络依赖倾向在性别、年级、专业类别和是否独生子方面有显著差异,在生源地方面没有显著差异。 (3)初中生与高中生的网络依赖倾向差异不显著,大学生网络依赖倾向显著高于中学生。 (4)大学生核心自我评价在性别、年级方面有显著差异,在专业类别、生源地和是否独生子方面没有显著差异;大学生心理健康状况在性别、年级、专业类别、生源地和是否独生子方面差异不显著。 (5)网络依赖大学生的核心自我评价和心理健康水平均显著低于非网络依赖大学生。 (6)网络依赖倾向与核心自我评价及心理健康状况之间都存在显著的负相关,核心自我评价与心理健康状况之间存在显著的正相关,核心自我评价通过心理健康状况对网络依赖倾向起间接作用。 (7)用核心自我评价矫正大学生网络依赖的团体辅导干预是有效的,这种干预效果不会随预后时间的增长而显著减弱。
[Abstract]:The concept of core self-evaluation, put forward by American psychologist Judge, is a new orientation of personality research and has been verified by Chinese scholars. The core self-evaluation includes four aspects: self-esteem, general self-efficacy, neuroticism and control point. A large number of studies have confirmed the relationship between these four aspects and network dependence, but the relationship between core self-evaluation and network dependence has not been deeply discussed. On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature, this study investigates the internet access mode, content and network usage of college students, compares the network dependence between college students and middle school students, and probes into the development trend of students' network usage in different stages. This paper explores the relationship between college students' core self-evaluation, mental health status and network dependence, and puts forward a cohort assistant intervention model to correct college students' network dependence with core self-evaluation, and verifies the effectiveness of this model. The main conclusions are as follows: Computer and mobile phone are the main tools for college students to surf the Internet, and the content of the Internet involves a wide range of areas, mainly entertainment. (2) there were significant differences in sex, grade, major category and whether the students were only children, but there was no significant difference in the origin of students. 3) there was no significant difference between junior high school students and high school students in the tendency of network dependence, and the tendency of network dependence of college students was significantly higher than that of middle school students. (4) there were significant differences in gender and grade in core self-evaluation of college students, but there was no significant difference in professional category, origin of students and whether the only child was the only child, and the mental health status of college students was in gender, grade, professional category. There was no significant difference between the origin of students and whether they were only children. 5) the core self evaluation and mental health level of internet dependent college students were significantly lower than that of non-network dependent college students. 6) there was a significant negative correlation between the tendency of network dependence and core self-evaluation and mental health status, and there was a significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation and mental health status. Core self-evaluation plays an indirect role in network dependence tendency through mental health status. 7) the group counseling intervention of correcting college students' network dependence with core self-evaluation is effective, and the effect of this intervention will not be significantly weakened with the increase of prognosis time.
