青春期学生心理安全教育研究

【摘要】:学生的心理安全是各国教育研究的重要课题之一,是构建和谐社会、安全校园、幸福家庭和健康自我的必然要求。青春期是人生的重要转折时期,这一时期的困惑与烦恼相对集中,如果这些问题解决不当,将影响着学生当下乃至今后的心理安全和发展,所以笔者从家庭、学校、社会以及学生自身四个方面分析了青春期学生的心理安全与这四个方面的各自关系;在关注和研究了青春期学生的心理安全现状及其呈现特点的基础之上,笔者分别从家庭的视域、学校的视域、社会的视域以及自我视域中分析了影响青春期学生心理安全的因素并构建了青春期学生的心理安全教育,包括教育的目标、教育的特点以及教育的策略。 研究综合运用了文献分析法、访谈法、问卷调查法、观察法和个案分析法,以部分老师、学生和家长作为访谈对象,初步了解和分析了家庭、学校、社会以及青春期学生的自身因素与心理安全的关系并根据访谈结果选择和设计问卷;再以江苏省盐城市3所学校,共2544名青春期的(年龄均处于14-17周岁之间)学生,作为问卷调查的研究对象。问卷统计采用spss16.0数据分析软件对数据进行处理及相关的分析,初步了解青春期学生的心理安全的现状及呈现特点。根据以上调查和部分访谈结果,结合相关理论笔者分别对青春期学生的家庭、学校、社会以及学生自身的心理安全教育做了进一步有针对性、探索性、充分发挥各部分特点的论述和构想:在教育的过程中,要将家庭的亲情优势、学校的教育优势、社会的监督优势与自我的内在优势融为一体,形成坚实的教育与监督合力,维护好青春期学生的心理安全。 文章的具体结构:第一章引言部分,主要介绍了本课题提出的研究背景(包括理论基础和现实要求)、研究综述以及课题的研究设计(包括研究对象、工具与研究方法和程序);后面四章分别从家庭、学校、自身以及社会的视域分析和探讨了青春期学生的心理安全与它们(家庭、学校、自我、社会)之间的关系以及现阶段学生的心理安全在各部分中的呈现状况;再结合理论,分析各部分对青春期学生心理安全的影响因素;在此基础上,笔者提出了针对青春期学生的心理安全教育的四个视域中的构想。第六章是小结部分,主要是对青春期学生的心理安全教育现状的反思与展望以及与本课题相关的研究的发展空间等,希望能为后继研究提供依据。
[Abstract]:The psychological safety of students is one of the most important subjects in the educational research of various countries. It is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society, a safe campus, a happy family and a healthy self. Adolescence is an important turning point in life. The confusion and annoyance of this period are relatively concentrated. If these problems are not solved properly, they will affect the psychological safety and development of students at present and even in the future. Four aspects of society and students themselves have analyzed the psychological safety of adolescent students and their respective relations, on the basis of paying attention to and studying the present situation of psychological security of adolescent students and their present characteristics, From the perspective of family, school, society and self, the author analyzes the factors that affect the psychological safety of adolescent students, and constructs the psychological safety education of adolescent students, including the goal of education.
