德育引领创新人才培养研究

【摘要】:党中央、国务院作出的建设创新型国家的决策,是事关社会主义现代化建设全局的重大战略决策。建设创新型国家,就要强调把增强自主创新能力作为国家战略,贯穿到现代化建设的各个方面;就是强调各条教育战线都应以塑造创新人格、培养创新人才为己任。“育人为本,德育为先”,这一理念充分昭示:我们需立足德育,发挥德育功能,使其更好地引领创新人才的培养。 文章主要由四部分组成。第一部分:阐述创新人才的特征及其培养的必要性。方面,指出创新人才的涵义,概括创新人才的特征;另一方面,从宏观、中观、微观的角度,提出培养创新人才是时代的需要这一观点。第二部分:德育在创新人才培养中的价值。主要表现为引导正确的创新方向、塑造个性化发展的创新主体、保证创新过程的顺利开展。第三部分:德育引领创新人才培养面临的新课题。这一部分主要分析了目前德育不适应创新人才培养的表现、目前德育不利于创新人才培养的原因、新形势下创新人才培养对德育提出的新课题。第四部分:探讨德育引领创新人才培养的有效对策。这一部分主要是在前面分析的基础上,提出一些可供思考、可供借鉴的方法。如转变德育观念,为德育引领创新人才培养打牢思想根基;拓宽德育领域,为德育引领创新人才培养注入时代元素;丰富德育实践,为德育引领创新人才培养搭建可行性平台。三者的合力作用,是德育引领创新人才培养的支持与保障。 无论是国家的繁荣、民族的兴旺,还是社会的进步、个人的发展,都需要创新人才的大量涌现。因此,研究德育引领创新人才培养这一课题,蕴含着广泛而深刻的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to build an innovative country is an important strategic decision concerning the overall situation of socialist modernization. To build an innovative country, it is necessary to emphasize the enhancement of independent innovation ability as a national strategy, which runs through all aspects of modernization, and emphasizes that all educational fronts should take shaping innovative personality and cultivating innovative talents as their own responsibilities. The concept of "educating people first, moral education first" fully shows that we should base ourselves on moral education, give full play to moral education function, and make it better guide the cultivation of creative talents. The article is mainly composed of four parts. Part one: expound the characteristics of innovative talents and the necessity of cultivating them. On the other hand, from the macro, meso and micro point of view, it is pointed out that the training of innovative talents is the need of the times. The second part: the value of moral education in the cultivation of creative talents. The main performance is to guide the correct direction of innovation, to shape the innovation subject of individualized development, and to ensure the smooth development of the innovation process. The third part: the moral education leads the innovation talented person training to face the new topic. This part mainly analyzes the current moral education can not adapt to the performance of the cultivation of innovative talents, the current moral education is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talent reasons, the new situation of the cultivation of innovative talents put forward a new topic for moral education. The fourth part discusses the effective countermeasures of moral education leading to the cultivation of innovative talents. This part is mainly based on the previous analysis, and puts forward some methods for consideration and reference. Such as changing the concept of moral education, laying a solid ideological foundation for the cultivation of moral education leading innovative talents, widening the field of moral education, injecting the elements of the times into the cultivation of moral education leading innovative talents, enriching the practice of moral education, and setting up a feasible platform for moral education to lead to the cultivation of innovative talents. The resultant action of the three is the support and guarantee of moral education leading to the cultivation of innovative talents. Whether the prosperity of the country, the prosperity of the nation, the progress of the society, the development of individuals, all need a large number of innovative talents. Therefore, the study of moral education leads to the cultivation of innovative talents, which contains extensive and profound practical significance.
