面向就业的高职学生信息技术核心能力构成研究

【摘要】:本文以市场需求为导向,结合核心能力理论,对高职学生信息技术能力和当前就业市场对员工信息能力需求进行研究,得出面向就业的高职学生信息技术核心能力构成,为培养具有普遍适应各种职业信息素养需求,能应变信息时代不断变换的信息技术的就业人员,研究并形成面向就业的高职学生信息技术核心能力的构成。 目前,高职信息技术教育尚未有统一而系统的教育规划,课程内容由学校自主决定,自由度大。学生的信息技术能力参差不齐,甚至有与市场就业需求脱节的现象。高职院校应培养怎样的信息技术能力才能使他们适合未来的职业和岗位?就业市场对职员的信息技术能力有怎样的要求? 本文结合核心能力的理论,提出信息技术核心能力概念。在研究方法上,采用问卷调查、文献研究、个案研究等方法,分别对高职教师和学生进行问卷调查,分析高职学生的信息技术能力现状及存在问题。同时,采用文献调查归纳出目前学术界关注的21项企业员工信息技术能力,并通过对企业的问卷调查验证了这21项能力被实际认同。通过对就业市场职员的访谈调查,了解不同岗位上就业者信息工作的具体内容和企业对员工信息技术能力的要求,并总结出就业岗位上信息工作的五个阶段。通过对各个调查结果进行分析对比,提出面向就业的高职学生信息技术核心能力构成:包括五个一级指标,十五个二级指标,构成该能力的二个维度的指标分别体现出学生的信息技术能力和学生适应职业的能力。最后,通过对典型学生的问卷测试验证了该结论实际应用的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the market demand and the theory of core competence, this paper studies the information technology ability of higher vocational students and the demand for information ability of the employees in the current employment market, and obtains the core competence of the employment oriented vocational students' information technology, which can adapt to the needs of all kinds of professional information literacy and can adapt to the information age. At present, there is no unified and systematic education plan in the information technology education of higher vocational education. The content of the curriculum is decided by the school independently and has great freedom. The students' ability of information technology is uneven and even disjoins with the demand of market employment. What kind of information technology ability should be cultivated in Higher Vocational Colleges to make them fit for future careers and positions? What are the requirements for the information technology capability of the staff in the job market?
Based on the theory of core competence, this paper puts forward the concept of the core competence of information technology. In the study method, the questionnaire survey, literature study, case study and other methods are used to investigate the teachers and students of higher vocational colleges, and analyze the status and problems of the information technology ability of higher vocational students. The 21 enterprise employees' information technology ability is concerned by the business community, and the 21 abilities are identified by the questionnaire survey of the enterprises. Through interviews with the employees of the employment market, the specific content of the information work of the job seekers in different positions and the requirements of the enterprise to the ability of the employees' information technology are understood, and the letter of employment is summed up. The five stages of interest work. Through the analysis and comparison of the results of each survey, this paper puts forward the core competence of employment oriented vocational students' information technology: including five first level indicators and fifteen two level indicators, which constitute the two dimensions of the ability to reflect the students' ability of information technology and the ability of the students to adapt to the profession. After that, the validity of the conclusion is verified by the questionnaire test of typical students.
