职业高中学生班级归属感干预研究

【摘要】:本文采取整体抽样法选取济南市第八职业中专的高一学生作为研究样本,对其进行班级归属感的干预。随机筛选出四个一年级班级,每班学生在50人左右,共计203人。然后随机分成二组,实验组、对照组各两个班。对实验组每周进行一次干预,共计6次。干预前进行班级归属感测验,并对学生班级归属感状况进行分析,然后采用心理健康教育课的方式进行干预,干预后再对学生的归属感状况进行测验,通过前后测比较检验干预的有效性。得出以下结论:系列相关心理健康教育课对于职业高中一年级学生的班级归属感的提高效果作用明显。本研究可以为以后职业高中教育工作者以开展心理健康教育课改善学生的班级归属感水平,并为其选择干预策略提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the whole sampling method is adopted to select the first grade students of the eighth vocational secondary school in Jinan as the research sample, and to intervene the sense of belonging in the class. Random selection of four first-grade classes, each class in about 50 students, a total of 203. Then they were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Intervention was conducted once a week in the experimental group for a total of 6 times. Class sense of belonging was tested before intervention, and the status of students' sense of belonging was analyzed. Then mental health education class was used to intervene. After intervention, the status of students' sense of belonging was tested. The effectiveness of intervention was tested by pre-and post-test comparison. The conclusions are as follows: series of related mental health education courses have obvious effect on improving the sense of belonging of the first grade students in vocational high school. This study can be used as a reference for vocational high school educators to develop mental health education to improve students' sense of belonging in class and to choose intervention strategies.
