乡土教育制度化意愿调查及相关因素分析

【摘要】：文章对贵州省八个县(市、区)的政府官员,三十一所学校的老师、学生与家长对乡土教育制度化的意愿进行了实证调查。通过数据对比发现,高达80%-90%的官员与老师认为政府应该制定乡土教育课程设置标准、师资培训标准与乡土教材编写规范;超过一半的被调查者认为,应该把乡土知识纳入升学考试的范畴,考试的分数以5-10分为宜;76%的被调查者认为应该建立乡土教育效果评价机制。同时,还发现教师对乡土教育制度化的意愿均与性别、年龄、职位、民族、学历等因素没有关系,学生对乡土教育制度化的意愿几乎都受到学生性别、年级、民族的影响。研究结果将对未来贵州省甚至全国乡土教育政策的制定提供有力的参考。
[Abstract]:This paper makes an empirical investigation on the willingness of government officials, teachers, students and parents of 31 schools to institutionalize rural education in eight counties (cities and districts) of Guizhou Province. Through the data comparison, as high as 80-90% of the officials and teachers think that the government should formulate the local education curriculum setting standards, teacher training standards and local textbook compilation standards; More than half of the respondents thought that the local knowledge should be included in the examination for further study, and the test scores should be 5-10, while 76% of the respondents thought that the evaluation mechanism of the local education effect should be established. At the same time, it is also found that teachers' willingness to institutionalize local education is not related to gender, age, position, nationality, educational background and other factors. Students' willingness to institutionalize local education is almost affected by students' gender, grade and nationality. The results will be helpful to the formulation of rural education policy in Guizhou province and even the whole country in the future.
