道德应得在教育中的界限——基于“五道杠少年事件”的追问

【摘要】：教育具有特殊性,教育的目的是引导人精神健全发展。道德发展是教育的重要使命之一,教育领域中的教育正义应当包含应得原则。教育本身正义地对待受教育者的道德行动,是教育本身的需要,也是健全发展的需要。道德应得是教育正义鼓励个人付出道德努力的方式;道德应得的界限在于免除以道德为基础而分配外在的教育利益,免除道德不平等。道德应得的只是学校和教师对道德行动内在价值的鼓励和赞赏。
[Abstract]:Education has particularity, the purpose of education is to guide the sound development of human spirit. Moral development is one of the important missions of education, and educational justice in the field of education should contain the principle of due. The moral action of education itself towards the educated is not only the need of education itself, but also the need of sound development. Moral justice is the way to encourage individuals to pay moral efforts, and the boundary of moral due lies in eliminating the distribution of external educational interests on the basis of morality and eliminating moral inequality. What morality deserves is only the encouragement and appreciation of the intrinsic value of moral action by schools and teachers.
