青少年情绪—行为问题、家庭功能、认知性情绪调节策略及其关系研究

【摘要】:青少年的情绪-行为问题受到多方因素的综合影响作用,其中家庭功能是重要的外在因素之一,认知性情绪调节策略是重要的内在因素之一。在前人研究的基础之上,本研究采用质化研究和量化研究相结合的方法对青少年情绪-行为问题、家庭功能特点、认知性情绪调节策略特点及三者的关系进行了考察。 整篇论文共包含三大部分。第一部分包括第一到第三章,是本研究的理论基础部分。第二部分包括第四到第八章,是对研究具体实施过程以及研究结果的呈现,是本研究的主体部分。第三部分包括第九和第十章,是整个研究的结论部分。 整个研究共分为五个分研究,具体的研究内容和研究结果如下: 1、对山东地区2500名青少年进行调查,了解当前青少年情绪-行为问题的发生率和分布状况。结果显示,在本研究样本中,情绪-行为问题青少年的总体检出率为11.51%;情绪-行为问题青少年在不同条件下的分布差异显著。年龄维度上,分布率在青少年中期高于青少年初期;父母关系维度上,在父母关系不良家庭中高于父母关系良好家庭;学校类型维度上,在公立学校中高于私立学校;就读方式维度上,在住校生群体中高于走读生群体。 2、采用问卷法对青少年家庭功能特点进行考察。结果显示,情绪-行为问题青少年的家庭功能状况明显差于普通青少年;家庭功能中的情感卷入、情感反应、沟通、角色分工、问题解决因子对青少年各个情绪-行为问题因子有不同程度的预测作用。情绪-行为问题青少年家庭功能状况存在性别、年龄组、父母关系状况、居住地和就读方式类型上的差异。 3、对情绪-行为问题青少年的家庭功能特点进行深度访谈。结果显示,情绪-行为问题青少年家庭功能状况不良,主要表现在爱的情感不表达、负性情绪不分享、沟通不顺畅、家庭氛围不和谐、家庭支持不充足;通过进一步分析发现,青少年的学习和未来发展是家庭中沟通不顺畅的核心主题之一;家庭对不同时期变化的不适应是导致家庭功能不良的主要原因之一。 4、对青少年的认知性情绪调节策略特点进行调查。结果发现,情绪-行为问题青少年在面对负性生活事件的时候更倾向于采用消极认知性情绪调节策略;认知性情绪调节策略中的灾难化、积极重新评估、沉思、责怪他人和理性分析因子对青少年的情绪-行为问题有预测作用。 5、对家庭功能、认知性情绪调节策略与青少年情绪-行为问题三者之间的关系进行考察,并建立关系模型。结果显示,家庭功能中的情感反应和情感卷入因子对男性青少年的情绪-行为问题有直接作用;沟通和行为控制因子通过积极调节策略对男性青少年的情绪-行为问题发生间接作用;沟通、情感反应和情感卷入因子通过消极调节策略对男性青少年的情绪-行为问题发生间接作用;家庭功能中的角色分工因子对女性青少年的情绪-行为问题有直接影响作用;角色分工、行为控制和沟通因子通过消极调节策略对女性青少年的情绪-行为问题发生间接作用。 总之,研究结果基本验证了本研究的理论假设,达到了研究的预期目标。
[Abstract]:The emotional-behavior problem of the young people is influenced by many factors, and the family function is one of the most important factors, and the cognitive emotion regulation strategy is one of the important internal factors. On the basis of the previous studies, this study makes a study of the relationship between the emotion-behavior problem, the family function character, the cognitive mood adjustment strategy and the relationship among the young people's emotion-behavior problem, the family function characteristic, the cognitive emotion regulation strategy, and the combination of the qualitative research and the quantitative research. The whole thesis consists of three main aspects: Part. The first part, including the first to the third chapter, is the theoretical basis of the study. Part. The second part, including the fourth to the eighth, is the main body of the study and the presentation of the research results. Part. The third part, which includes the ninth and the tenth, is the whole of the study. The whole study is divided into five sub-studies, the specific research contents and the research. The results are as follows:1. The investigation of 2,500 young people in the Shandong area is carried out to understand the current situation of the mood-behavior of the young people. The results showed that the overall positive rate of mood-behavior problem was 11.51% in this study. The difference of distribution is significant. In the age dimension, the distribution rate is higher in the middle of the adolescent than in the early age of the young. The relationship between the parents and the parents is higher than that of the parents in the poor family.
