论新闻传媒在教育公平实现过程中的功能

【摘要】：近年来,在社会发展总系统中,新闻传媒以其独有的特性和强大的社会功能发挥着巨大的作用。教育公平作为社会公平的重要组成部分,渐渐被人们所熟悉和关注,成为人们讨论的焦点。目前,公平问题是影响社会和谐发展的重要因素之一,教育公平是社会公平的基础,因此,教育公平能否实现便成为了社会发展过程中一个至关重要的环节。 本文试从政治学、新闻传播学、社会学、教育学等学科领域进行研究,分析了新闻传媒的内涵、特征和功能;分析了目前我国教育公平的内涵、现状和实现的途径;提出了新闻传媒在教育公平实现过程中的信息传播、舆论导向、舆论监督和文化传承等功能;分析了新时期新闻传媒在教育公平实现过程中的正向功能和负向功能;最后提出了应通过坚持发挥新闻传媒的正确舆论引导功能,发挥新闻传媒的舆论监督功能,塑造新闻传媒良好形象和增强教育工作者的新闻意识等手段来增强新闻传媒在教育公平实现过程中的正向功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the general system of social development, the news media plays a great role because of its unique characteristics and powerful social functions. Educational equity, as an important part of social equity, is gradually familiar with and concerned by people, and has become the focus of discussion. At present, the problem of fairness is one of the important factors affecting the harmonious development of society, and educational equity is the basis of social equity. Therefore, whether education equity can be realized has become a vital link in the process of social development. This paper attempts to study the fields of political science, journalism and communication, sociology, pedagogy and other disciplines, analyzes the connotation, characteristics and functions of news media, analyzes the connotation, present situation and ways of realizing educational fairness in our country, and puts forward the functions of news media in the process of realizing educational fairness, such as information dissemination, public opinion guidance, supervision of public opinion and cultural inheritance. This paper analyzes on the positive and negative functions of the news media in the process of realizing the educational fairness in the new period, and finally puts forward that the positive function of the news media in the process of realizing the educational fairness should be strengthened by persisting in giving full play to the correct guiding function of the news media, giving full play to the public opinion supervision function of the news media, shaping the good image of the news media and strengthening the news consciousness of the educators.
