中职生、普高生幸福感及影响因素的比较研究

【摘要】:本研究从金华市两所职业高中和两所普通高中选取712名中职生和普高生为被试,以综合幸福感问卷、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、班级气氛量表和一般自我效能量表为测量工具进行研究。对中职生和普高生的幸福感现状进行调查,探讨家庭环境、班级气氛和自我效能感与幸福感之间的关系,并在此基础上为中职生和普高生幸福感的提升给予有效的建议。本研究既丰富和深化青少年幸福感的研究,同时也为改善和提升青少年的幸福感提供数据支持。 本研究主要结果如下: 1、《综合幸福问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,适用于中职生和普高生幸福感的测量。 2、中职生和普高生的幸福感处于中等水平,还有提升的空间。 3、中职生和普高生认为最重要的三件幸福事件都是有温暖的家庭,身体健康和交到好朋友。 4、幸福感在学校类型上存在主效应,具体表现为中职生的幸福感得分高于普高生,在学校和年级上存在交互作用。 5、中职生和普高生的幸福感与其家庭环境、班级气氛和自我效能感有正相关,并且家庭环境、班级气氛和自我效能感在一定程度上能够预测中职生和普高生的幸福感。 6、家庭环境、班级气氛直接影响中职生和普高生的幸福感,也可以通过自我效能感间接影响中职生和普高生的幸福感。 为提升中职生和普高生的幸福感,建议是将个人、家庭和学校三方面结合起来。中职生和普高生应该提高自我效能感和建立良好的社会关系。在家庭方面,父母有合理的期望,建立和谐的家庭氛围,民主的教养方式和良好的亲子关系。在学校方面,开展幸福教育和心理健康辅导课,丰富课余生活;教师要注意班级经营技巧和增强学生的自我效能感,还要注重家长和学校的结合。
[Abstract]:In this study, 712 secondary vocational school students and general high school students were selected from two vocational high schools and two general high schools in Jinhua City as subjects. The comprehensive happiness questionnaire, family intimacy and adaptability scale, class atmosphere scale and general self-efficacy scale were used as measuring tools. This paper investigates the present situation of happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students, probes into the relationship between family environment, class atmosphere, self-efficacy and happiness, and on this basis, gives effective suggestions for the improvement of happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students. This study not only enriches and deepens the research of teenagers' happiness, but also provides data support for improving and improving teenagers' happiness. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. The Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and is suitable for the measurement of the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students. 2, the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students is at the middle level, and there is room for improvement. 3. Secondary vocational school students and Pugao students think that the three most important happiness events are warm family, good health and making good friends. 4. Happiness has a main effect on the type of school, which shows that the score of happiness of secondary vocational school students is higher than that of ordinary high school students, and there is interaction between school and grade. 5. The happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students is positively correlated with their family environment, class atmosphere and self-efficacy, and the family environment, class atmosphere and self-efficacy can predict the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students to a certain extent. 6. Family environment and class atmosphere directly affect the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students, and can also indirectly affect the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general vocational students through their sense of self-efficacy. In order to improve the happiness of secondary vocational school students and general high school students, the suggestion is to combine individual, family and school. Secondary vocational school students and general high school students should improve their sense of self-efficacy and establish good social relations. In the family, parents have reasonable expectations, establish a harmonious family atmosphere, democratic upbringing and good parent-child relationship. In school, happiness education and mental health guidance classes should be carried out to enrich extracurricular life. Teachers should pay attention to class management skills and enhance students' sense of self-efficacy, as well as the combination of parents and schools.
