对高职生心理健康教育实践课程的探讨

【摘要】：高职大学生心理健康教育课程是一门以心理素质训练为核心的实践课程,在此,我们对本门课的课程特点、设计理念、内容构成、教学方法、评价体系进行了一些思考和探索,并提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The course of mental health education for higher vocational college students is a practical course with psychological quality training as the core. Here, we think and explore the course characteristics, design concept, content composition, teaching method and evaluation system of this course, and put forward our own views.
