幼儿园家长委员会的现状、成因及对策

【摘要】： 幼儿园家长委员会作为家长参与幼儿园管理的常设性机构,它是幼儿园行政组织指导下的一个辅助性群众组织,在家园共育的众多形式中具有其独特的优势。它的建设和发展作为幼教改革一条新的实施途径越来越被人们所重视。本研究选择文献综述法、访谈法和问卷调查法等多种研究方法,总结了国内外幼儿园家长委员会建设的经验;通过访谈幼儿园园长,以及对教师、家长和家委会委员进行较为全面的问卷调查与分析,从幼儿园和家长两种视角勾勒了幼儿园家长委员会的发展现状,指出存在的现实问题,并提出了个人的建议:必须明确幼儿园家长委员会成立的目的和家长委员会的权利和义务,确立客观、合理的标准选拔家委会委员,使家委会的活动方式更为规范化,充分发挥其教育、经济、社会协调等各项功能。
[Abstract]:As a permanent organization for parents to participate in the management of kindergartens, the kindergarten parent committee is an auxiliary mass organization under the guidance of kindergarten administrative organizations. Its construction and development as a new way of implementing the reform of preschool education have been paid more and more attention to. This study selected literature review method, interview method and questionnaire survey method, summarized the experience of kindergarten parent committee construction at home and abroad, through interviews with kindergarten directors, as well as teachers, Parents and family committee members conducted a more comprehensive questionnaire survey and analysis, outlined the current situation of kindergarten parent committee from two perspectives of kindergarten and parents, and pointed out the existing practical problems. Some personal suggestions are put forward: it is necessary to make clear the purpose of establishing the kindergarten parent committee and the rights and obligations of the parents' committee, to establish objective and reasonable criteria for selecting the members of the family committee, and to standardize the way of the family committee's activities. Give full play to its educational, economic, social coordination and other functions.
