自闭症幼儿学前融合教育支持系统建构的行动研究

【摘要】: 本研究的目的在于探讨如何根据融合幼儿园中自闭症幼儿教育及相关支持的需求,建构起学校本位的支持系统,促进自闭症幼儿在幼儿园中更好的学习和生活。 为了达到上述目的,本研究采用行动研究的方式,以大连市中山区第十五幼儿园大班三名自闭症幼儿为研究对象,通过个案教师和家长的问卷调查,个案教师和家长、大班普通幼儿的访谈,了解个案的教育及相关支持的需求,进行相应的支持系统的建构,包括三个行动方案:一、教育安置与辅导;二、特教宣导;三、环境安排。在支持系统方案执行过程中,进行反思与方案调整。在支持系统行动方案实施之后,对个案进行学习检核,对教师及个案家长进行支持系统行动方案实施成效评量和访谈,以了解本研究建构的支持系统的效果。结果发现支持系统的成效方面:(1)支持系统能满足个案对教育及相关支持的需求;(2)支持系统中提供给个案持续有效的自然支持;(3)支持系统有效解决了普通班主任教师的问题;(4)个案教师及家长对支持系统的服务均感到满意。根据研究结论,对幼儿园、家长及政府部门提出相应建议。最后,指出本研究的限制,本研究是根据一个幼儿园大班的三名自闭症幼儿为研究对象,建构满足他们教育及相关支持需要的支持系统来促进其在幼儿园中的学习和生活,会有地域与学校差异,因此需谨慎推论本研究结果的适用范围。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore how to construct a school-based support system according to the needs of autistic early childhood education and related support in integrated kindergartens, so as to promote the better learning and life of autistic children in kindergartens. In order to achieve the above purpose, this study adopts the method of action research, taking three autistic children in 15th kindergartens in Zhongshan District of Dalian as the research object, and through the questionnaire survey of case teachers and parents, case teachers and parents. Interviews with ordinary children in large classes to understand the education and related support needs of individual cases, and to construct a corresponding support system, including three action plans: first, educational placement and counselling; second, special education and guidance; third, Environmental arrangements. In support of the implementation of the system's programmes, reflection and programme adjustments are undertaken. After supporting the implementation of the system's action programmes, learning reviews are carried out on individual cases, Evaluation of and interviews with teachers and parents of individual cases in support of the implementation of the action plan, In order to understand the effect of the support system constructed in this study, it is found that the effectiveness of the support system can meet the needs of the case for education and related support. Case teachers and parents are satisfied with the service provided by the support system. According to the conclusions of the study, Finally, the limitations of this study are pointed out. This study is based on three autistic children in a large kindergarten. Constructing support systems to meet their educational and related support needs to promote their learning and life in kindergarten will have regional and school differences. Therefore, the scope of application of the results of this study should be carefully deduced.
