幼儿园小班班级规范事件研究

【摘要】：本研究采用质的研究方法,通过对某幼儿园小班的现场观察和访谈的方法搜集资料,从社会学角度深入描述了小班幼儿在三种不同类型的规范教育中是如何获得规范的,并对班级现有的规范进行了分类。建立在事实研究的基础上,研究者总结了规范事件的构成要素,构建了规范事件的一般流程图,并归纳了班级规范事件的主要特征:主要以教师预成的规范为主,规范事件的重点是安全健康、生活习惯和人际交往,规范事件中的师幼关系主要是评价与被评价、控制与服从,规范策略以否定性手段为主,规范事件的结果受多种因素制约。通过对幼儿执行规范困难的影响因素分析,研究者提出了建构班级合理规范的两个途径:一是转变班级观念,二是建立制度规范与幼儿对秩序需要两者间的必要联系。
[Abstract]:This research adopts the qualitative research method, collects the data through the on-the-spot observation and the interview method to the kindergarten small class, from the sociological angle, has described how the small class child obtains the norm in three different types of normative education. And has carried on the classification to the class present standard. Based on the fact study, the researcher summarizes the constituent elements of the normative event, constructs the general flow chart of the normative event, and summarizes the main characteristics of the class normative event: mainly the teacher's pre-formed norm. The emphasis of normative events is safety and health, living habits and interpersonal communication. The relationship between teachers and children in normative events is mainly evaluated and evaluated, controlled and obeyed, the normative strategy is dominated by negative means, and the results of normative events are restricted by a variety of factors. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of children's difficulty in implementing norms, the researcher puts forward two ways to construct reasonable norms of class: one is to change the concept of class, and the other is to establish the necessary connection between institutional norms and children's needs for order.
