卡梅伦政府学前教师质量保障机制分析

【摘要】：提高学前教师质量是卡梅伦政府确保优质学前教育的重要举措,为此政府确立了新的早期教育教师身份,并通过制定早期教育教师标准、早期教育初级教师培训项目等,以确保获取这一新的身份资格。在目前我国呼唤学前教育质量的重要时期,考察英国新近执政党卡梅伦政府的学前教师质量保障机制,可为提升我国学前教师质量提供经验和决策参考。
