【摘要】：国内长期以来，高校思想政治工作的研究的对象主要针对本、专科学生，对研究生的思想政治工作理论的探讨较少、起步较晚。随着我国高等教育改革与发展的进一步深入，研究生人数的急剧增加，出现了许多以前不会出现的问题，研究生的思想政治工作日趋重要。研究生教育是我国高等教育的最高层次。培养研究生必须坚持德智体全面发展，坚持“面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来”的方针。研究生的思想政治状况关系到我国教育科学文化工作队伍的质量，也在一定程度上关系到党和国家的前途和命运。加强和改进研究生的思想政治工作、坚持将德育放在首位、突出育人教育、积极做好新形势下研究生的思想政治工作，是使研究生坚持坚定正确的政治方向、坚持德智体全面发展的根本保证。正确认识当代研究生思想特点、正确分析评价他们的思想状况，是研究生思想政治工作的基本出发点。针对研究生的思想状况、特点，加强马克思主义理论课教学，解决深层次思想问题；加强实践，重视自我教育，变空洞的说教为自我内化过程；加强研究生党建工作，提高研究生党员的理论素质和修养；探索研究生思想政治教育工作的新机制，树立全员思想政治工作意识，创造良好的育人环境；倡导和构建健康向上、高雅文明的校园文化，发挥其教育和导向功能，使研究生在社会和人生的实践中逐步走向成熟。本文共分为五章。第一章是“绪论”，主要介绍本文涉及的几个概念的界定以及相关的学术背景资料。第二章是“研究生思想政治工作的历史沿革”，从研究生教育制度的产生和发展，介绍我国近代研究生教育中思想政治工作的发展。第三章是“当前研究生思想政治工作的特点”，从工作主体、工作对象和工作环境三方面分析当前研究生思想政治工作的特点。第四章是“当前研究生思想政治工作的现状分析”，通过分析目前研究生思想政治工作的成绩和存在的问题，同时分析原因，把握当前研究生思想政治工作的现状。第五章是“关于加强当前研究生思想政治工作的对策研究”，在新观念、新思想的基础上，探讨建立合理的工作体系，，采取一些新的工作模式，把握研究生思想政治工作的切入点。
[Abstract]:For a long time in China, the research object of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is mainly aimed at the students, and there is little discussion on the theory of the ideological and political work of the graduate students. With the deepening of the reform and development of higher education in China, the number of graduate students has increased sharply, and many problems will not appear before. The ideological and political work of graduate students is becoming more and more important. Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education in China. The ideological and political status of graduate students is related to the quality of our country's educational science and culture work team. To some extent, it is also related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. Strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of graduate students, insist on putting moral education in the first place, highlight the education of people. Actively doing the ideological and political work of graduate students under the new situation is the fundamental guarantee for the graduate students to adhere to the correct political direction and the all-round development of morality, intelligence and physical education, and to correctly understand the ideological characteristics of contemporary graduate students. Correct analysis and evaluation of their ideological situation is the basic starting point of the ideological and political work of graduate students. In view of the ideological situation and characteristics of graduate students, the teaching of Marxist theory course should be strengthened to solve the deep-level ideological problems. Strengthen practice, attach importance to self-education, change empty preaching into self-internalization process; Strengthening the work of party building for graduate students and improving the theoretical quality and accomplishment of party members of graduate students; To explore the new mechanism of the ideological and political education of postgraduates, to establish the consciousness of the ideological and political work of the whole staff, and to create a good educational environment; Advocating and constructing healthy and civilized campus culture, exerting its function of education and guidance, making graduate students gradually mature in the practice of society and life. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the definition of several concepts involved in this paper and the relevant academic background. The second chapter is "the history of graduate students' ideological and political work", from the emergence and development of graduate education system, it introduces the development of ideological and political work in modern graduate education in China. The third chapter is "the characteristics of the current graduate students' ideological and political work", which analyzes the characteristics of the current graduate students' ideological and political work from three aspects: the main body of work, the working object and the working environment. Chapter 4th is "the current status of graduate ideological and political work analysis", through the analysis of the current graduate ideological and political work of the results and existing problems, at the same time analyze the reasons. Grasp the current status of graduate ideological and political work. Chapter 5th is "on strengthening the current ideological and political work of graduate students", on the basis of new ideas, new ideas, to explore the establishment of a reasonable work system, to adopt some new work model. Grasp the breakthrough point of graduate ideological and political work.
