基于培养模式改革的工科研究生教育评估指标体系研究

【摘要】： 随着我国社会的不断发展,高等教育的发展也越来越快,硕士研究生的招生规模也不断扩大。但社会的不断发展也决定了社会对人才的需求也发生了变化,如果没有培养模式的改革,仅仅是数量的增加,容易导致学历贬值。为了更好的适应社会需求,哈尔滨工业大学对校内一些试点院系进行了硕士研究生培养模式改革,根据研究生本人意愿、课题方向、就业形势、学科建设及研究生培养条件等,对硕士研究生按学术研究型和应用研究型两个系列进行培养,率先在全国高校中全面开展研究生培养模式改革工作。硕士研究生培养模式改革是否取得成效,硕士研究生的培养质量能否得到保证,一个很重要的的衡量标准就是对研究生教育进行评估,而评估结果的正确性则依赖于是否有一个科学合理的评估指标体系。由于硕士研究生的培养模式从一元逐渐向二元转变,硕士研究生教育的质量标准也相应发生了变化,因此研究生教育评估也要相应改变,这要求我们在构建研究生教育评估指标体系的时候,应考虑不同目标导向的硕士研究生培养模式,建立二元的研究生教育评估指标体系。通过专家访谈与问卷调查的研究方法,以哈尔滨工业大学培养模式改革的实践为依托,结合研究生教育评估与培养模式之间的关系,论证了在培养模式改革的条件下分别针对学术研究型培养模式和应用研究型培养模式建立不同的研究生教育评估指标体系的必要性,并在哈尔滨工业大学原有研究生教育评估指标体系的基础上,建立适合以哈尔滨工业大学为例的工科研究生教育评估指标体系。
[Abstract]:With the development of our society, higher education is developing faster and faster. However, the continuous development of society also determines the social demand for talent has also changed, if there is no reform of the training model, only the increase of the number, it is easy to lead to the devaluation of academic qualifications. In order to better meet the needs of the society, Harbin University of Technology has carried out a reform of the postgraduate training model in some of its pilot departments. According to the wishes of the graduate students themselves, the direction of the subject, the employment situation, the discipline construction and the conditions for postgraduate training, etc. In this paper, the graduate students are trained according to the two series of academic research and applied research, and they are the first to carry out the reform of the postgraduate training mode in colleges and universities all over the country. Whether the reform of the mode of postgraduate training has been effective or not, and whether the quality of the training of postgraduates can be guaranteed, an important measure is the evaluation of graduate education. The correctness of evaluation results depends on whether there is a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. Since the training mode of graduate students has gradually changed from one element to two, the quality standard of graduate education has also changed accordingly, so the evaluation of graduate education should be changed accordingly. This requires that we should consider different goal oriented graduate education training model and establish dual graduate education evaluation index system when we construct graduate education evaluation index system. Based on the practice of training mode reform in Harbin University of Technology and the relationship between graduate education evaluation and training model, the research methods of expert interview and questionnaire survey are used. This paper demonstrates the necessity of establishing different graduate education evaluation index system under the condition of training mode reform, aiming at the academic research training model and the applied research training model respectively. On the basis of the original evaluation index system of graduate education in Harbin University of Technology, an evaluation index system of graduate education for engineering subjects is established.
