【摘要】：职业技术教育是社会事业教育中的一部分,随着现代化的不断发展,社会对专业的技能型人才的需求越来越高,因此,急需要职业技术教育加强自身教育管理,提高教育质量,以便为社会输送更多的实用性人才。本文就社会发展对职业技术教育的功能性需求进行分析,并对基于功能分析的职业技术教育管理和改革措施进行探讨,以便有效提高职业技术教育质量和水平。
[Abstract]:Vocational and technical education is a part of social education. With the continuous development of modernization, the demand for professional skilled personnel is increasing. Therefore, vocational and technical education is urgently needed to strengthen its own education management. Improve the quality of education in order to transport more practical talents for the society. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of social development on vocational and technical education. The management and reform measures of vocational and technical education based on functional analysis are discussed in order to effectively improve the quality and level of vocational and technical education.
