【摘要】：构建现代高职教育,就是要走校企紧密合作、产教深度融合之路。高职院校人才培养要紧密结合经济社会发展需要,创新人才培养模式,引进现代服务企业投资,联手设立校内实训基地、打造"校中企""校中店"等生产性商业化运营开展真实业务,将教学过程与实战训练有机结合,有效地促进专业教学过程与企业生产过程有效对接,对于提高人才培养的质量、培养适销对路的人才具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern higher vocational education is to take the road of close cooperation between schools and enterprises and the deep integration of production and teaching. Talent training in higher vocational colleges should be closely combined with the needs of economic and social development, and the mode of talent training should be innovated. Introduce modern service enterprises investment, jointly set up the campus training base, create "school enterprises," "school shops" and other productive commercial operations to carry out real business, the teaching process and practical training organic combination. It is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training and to train marketable people by effectively promoting the effective connection between the professional teaching process and the enterprise production process.
