新时期高职院校辅导员工作创新的思考

【摘要】：改革开放三十年来,我国高等教育事业在如火如茶的改革开放大潮中实现了跨越式大发展,作为高等教育的一个重要类型---高等职业教育,近年来也蓬勃发展。经过30多年的探索、实践和发展,我国高等职业院校已超过1200所,占全国高校总数的70%以上,高职院校在校学生超过1300万,占全国高校在校学生的一半以上。高职院校的规模已占据我国高等教育的半壁江山。在新时期,面对国内外的新形势和高职教育的新发展,高职院校的辅导员工作也面临着巨大的冲击和挑战。高职辅导员应如何在工作中创新、如何做好新形势下高职学生的培养工作,成为一个亟需解决的问题。高职教育和高职学生的特殊性,决定了高职辅导员工作职能的特殊内涵：在管理上要严抓日常基础管理,以规范学生行为习惯、确保学生安全稳定；在教育上要注重高职学生的素质教育,促进学生思想进步、全面发展,做高素质技能性人才；在服务上要增强“以人为本”的服务意识,为学生健康成长和顺利就业提供保障。但现实工作中,部分高职辅导员却存在着工作职能失调、工作方法不当、工作激情不足、工作研究不够的问题,这都严重影响了高职辅导员工作的开展。导致这些问题的主要原因是：事务性工作繁忙、职能定位不清；专业素质不高,工作经验不足；对工作认同感弱、成就感低以及制度保障不完善。要解决这些问题,高职院校的辅导员工作就必须创新,这是增强高职院校辅导员工作实效的迫切需要；是高职院校育人过程中践行“三个代表”重要思想的必然要求；是促进高职院校辅导员向“职业化一专业化一专家化”发展的客观要求。本文主要从四个方面提出了高职院校辅导员工作创新的对策：第一,提高思想认识,明确工作重点；第二,因事制宜、因材施教,创新工作方法；第三,与时俱进、转变观念；第四,建立系统全面的各项制度。高等职业教育正日益发展,但针对高职院校辅导员工作的理论研究却稍显滞后。本文通过理论联系实际的思考,为高职院校辅导员工作创新提供了一些理论基础和实践依据。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up period , China ' s higher education has made great strides in the reform and opening - up to the reform and opening - up of tea . As an important type of higher education , higher vocational education has been booming in recent years . More than half of the total number of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges and universities are more than half of the total number of colleges and universities in China . In the new period , higher vocational colleges are facing great impact and challenge . How to innovate in the work , how to do well in the cultivation of higher vocational students in new situation becomes a problem that needs to be solved urgently . The specialty of higher vocational education and higher vocational college students decides the special connotation of the work function of higher vocational college counselor . In order to standardize the students ' behavior habits and to ensure the students ' safety and stability , it is necessary to improve the quality education of students in higher vocational colleges and to promote students ' healthy growth and smooth employment . This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the work innovation of the counselor in higher vocational colleges from four aspects : First , raise the ideological understanding , make clear the focus of work ; secondly , to adapt to the situation , to adapt to the teaching of materials , to innovate the working methods ; thirdly , to keep pace with the times and change the concept ; and fourthly , to establish a comprehensive system of the system . The higher vocational education is developing , but the theoretical research on the work of the counselor in higher vocational colleges has lagged behind . In this paper , some theoretical bases and practical bases are provided for the innovation of the counselor ' s work in higher vocational colleges .
