我国职业教育区域布局变迁机制与特征研究

【摘要】：职业教育区域布局直接影响区域产业竞争力和经济可持续发展。职业教育的内外部环境形成布局变迁的动力源,空间差异影响布局变迁模式,变迁呈现均衡与非均衡的循环往复。利用2000—2016年我国31个省份面板数据测算职业教育区域布局变迁发现,中等职业学校和高等职业院校的布局变迁特征差异显著,多数中职学校数量和规模占比变动不同步,高职院校则变动同步;职业教育重心轨迹整体西移,西部职业教育发展迅速;相邻省份的职业教育具有显著的空间负相关,高职尤为明显。中央、地方和学校层面要通力合作,以服务区域发展战略为出发点,优化职业教育区域布局。
[Abstract]:The regional layout of vocational education has a direct impact on regional industrial competitiveness and sustainable economic development. The internal and external environment of vocational education forms the power source of layout changes, and spatial differences affect the pattern of layout change. The vicissitudes show a cycle of equilibrium and disequilibrium. Using the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2016 to measure the changes of the regional layout of vocational education. There are significant differences between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges in terms of their distribution and changes. The number and scale of most secondary vocational schools do not change synchronously, while higher vocational schools do not. The center of gravity of vocational education moves westward as a whole, and the western vocational education develops rapidly. Vocational education in neighboring provinces has a significant spatial negative correlation, especially in higher vocational education. The central, local and school levels should work together to optimize the regional layout of vocational education with the development strategy of serving the region as the starting point.
