西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】:伴随我国高职教育范围的增加,其师资力量数目较少、架构不科学与质量较差等难题开始显露,已经阻碍了我国高职教育的品质与发展,如何处理高职学校教师队伍构建难题是中国教育发展必须要面对的。特别是处在西部欠发达地区的高职院校,其经济落后,基础薄弱,人才流失大,师资问题显得尤为突出,已成为制约我国高职院校发展的瓶颈。因此,尽早对这一问题给予分析,研究处理对策,对促进西部欠发达区域高职学校的有序进步与科学发展,完成我国高职教育科学、合理与可持续进步,存在重要的实践价值。 借助相关的分析指出,西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍现存的五大问题,即素质不高、结构不合理、管理体制不健全、师德建设有差距和硬件资源和教师待遇滞后。结合这五大问题,笔者提出了西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设必须以营造优秀人才成长的优越环境为基础,大力实施师资队伍建设“八大工程”--人才引进工程、教师培养工程、青蓝工程、评优工程、教科研支持工程、实验队伍建设工程、师表工程和凝心工程,努力建设一支规模适度、结构合理、素质优良、开拓创新的师资队伍的建设战略。下列是本文的逻辑结构: 首先是绪言,重点阐述分析难题的缘起、目标、内容和意义。 第一章高职院校师资队伍建设概述。主要提出了师资队伍建设的背景、我国高等职业教育运作情况与特点、教师队伍构建的具体脉络、目的与要求。 第二章主要介绍高职学校教师队伍构建的理论基础。主要介绍了高等教育理论、人力资源理论、个体激励理论、组织行为理论和终身教育理论。 第三章西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设调研分析及存在问题。主要提出了研究思路和研究方法,进行了调研设计与分析,提出了西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题。 第四章国内发达地区及国外高职院校师资队伍建设现状及借鉴。主要研究了国内发达地区及国外高职院校师资队伍建设的现状,总结了国内发达地区及国外高职院校师资队伍建设好的做法。 第五章西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设对策研究。详细阐述了西部欠发达地区高职院校师资队伍建设“八大工程”一人才引进工程、教师培养工程、青蓝工程、评优工程、教科研支持工程、实验队伍建设工程、师表工程和凝心工程的建设措施,并提出该区域所有高职院校要持续变化理念,增加力量提升教师队伍的总体能力,将教师队伍构建归入院校进步的整体计划内,也要将其和地区教育、经济进步与社会前进联系起来,尽力构建具有高级别、高素养的教师团队,进而为西部地区乃至全国高等职业教育作出伟大贡献。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the scope of higher vocational education in our country, the number of teachers is less, and the problems of unscientific structure and poor quality begin to appear, which has hindered the quality and development of higher vocational education in our country. How to deal with the problem of constructing teachers in higher vocational schools is a problem that must be faced by the development of education in China, especially in the underdeveloped areas in the west, whose economy is backward, the foundation is weak, and the brain drain is large. The problem of teachers has become a bottleneck restricting the development of higher vocational colleges in China. Therefore, this problem should be analyzed as soon as possible, and the countermeasures should be studied. It is of great practical value to promote the orderly progress and scientific development of higher vocational schools in the underdeveloped regions of western China and to complete the scientific, reasonable and sustainable progress of higher vocational education in our country. With the help of relevant analysis, this paper points out that there are five existing problems in the teaching staff of vocational colleges in the underdeveloped areas of the west, that is, the quality is not high, the structure is unreasonable, and the management system is not perfect. There is a gap between the construction of teachers' ethics and the lag of hardware resources and teachers' treatment. In combination with these five problems, the author puts forward that the construction of teachers' ranks in the western underdeveloped areas must be based on the construction of superior environment for the growth of outstanding talents. Vigorously implement the "eight major projects" in the construction of the teaching staff-talent introduction project, teacher training project, green blue project, excellent evaluation project, scientific research support project, experimental team construction project, teacher watch project and solidification project. Strive to build a reasonable scale, reasonable structure, excellent quality, pioneering and innovative teacher team construction strategy. The following is the logical structure of this paper: First of all, the introduction, focusing on the analysis of the origin, objectives, content and significance of the problem. The first chapter is an overview of the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. It mainly puts forward the background of the construction of the teaching staff, the operation and characteristics of the higher vocational education in China, the concrete context, the purpose and the requirements of the construction of the teaching staff. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the construction of teachers in higher vocational schools, including higher education theory, human resources theory, individual motivation theory, organizational behavior theory and lifelong education theory. The third chapter is about the investigation and analysis of the construction of teachers in the western underdeveloped areas and the existing problems. It mainly puts forward the research ideas and research methods, and carries on the research design and analysis. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the western underdeveloped areas. In the 4th chapter, the author mainly studies the present situation of teachers' construction in developed areas and foreign higher vocational colleges in China and abroad. This paper summarizes the methods of teachers construction in developed areas and foreign higher vocational colleges. In the 5th chapter, the author studies the countermeasures of the construction of teachers in the vocational colleges in the underdeveloped areas of the west, and expounds in detail the "eight major projects" in the construction of the teaching staff of the higher vocational colleges in the underdeveloped areas of the west: the introduction of talents and the training of teachers. The construction measures of green blue engineering, evaluation engineering, scientific research support project, experimental team construction project, teacher surface engineering and core engineering are put forward, and the concept of continuous change of all higher vocational colleges in this area is put forward. Increase the strength to enhance the overall ability of teachers, the construction of teachers into the overall plan of the progress of colleges and universities, and regional education, economic progress and social progress, try to build a high-level. High-quality teachers team, and then for the western region and even the national higher vocational education to make a great contribution.
