乌海市高职教育校企合作研究

【摘要】：校企合作的高职教育办学模式是我国近几年来高职院校采用的一种新型模式，是学校和企业共同合作，培养高素质技能型人才的一种教育模式。实行校企合作的教育模式是高职教育全面贯彻党的教育方针的需要；是高职教育适应经济结构调整和社会发展，加快培养高技能应用型人才的需要；是坚持“以就业为导向，以能力为本位”，推进高职教育改革和发展的需要；同时也是将高职教育与经济发展紧密相联，实现良性互动，形成校企“双赢”的必由之路。高职教育只有与企业联合，加强校企合作，推进工学结合，确立为企业服务的理念，才能不断推进课程体系、教学内容、教学方法的改革，实现教师与学生实践能力及整体素质的提高。因而，校企合作办学是大力发展高职教育的必然要求，，也是高职教育改革的方向。近年来，随着乌海市经济的迅速发展，乌海市的高职教育也呈现出迅猛发展的势头，走出了一条立足地方、服务经济、规模办学、特色突出、质量较高的良性发展道路。研究乌海市高职教育校企合作，逐步解决技能型人才数量和质量等问题，对促进乌海市高职教育事业的全面健康发展和地方经济的快速发展具有长远和深刻的现实意义。因而，本文根据相关理论，采用调查研究法、文献研究法、比较研究法等方法对乌海市高职教育校企合作的相关问题进行研究。乌海市高职教育起步较晚，校企合作的模式也在不断探索之中，虽然取得了一些成绩，如共建了一些校外实训基地，人才培养日臻完善、课程建设质量进一步提高、学生就业率提高、锻炼了教师队伍、增加了学院教学手段、开拓了就业市场。但也遇到一些难以解决的问题，主要有政府的督导与协调不到位，校企合作基础不稳固；校企双方合作的层次较浅，责、权、利划分不清；学校内部对校企合作的研究与管理存在缺陷；企业对校企合作的重视程度不够。本文借鉴国外如德国、美国、日本、英国、澳大利亚及我国发达地区如苏州、宁波、黄冈等高等职业教育校企合作的发展模式及成功经验，提出乌海市高职教育校企合作的对策建议，即政府应制定相关政策，建立校企合作完善的管理体制和共赢机制；通过签订校企双方的合作合同，明确各自的责、权、利，进一步深化合作；加强高职院校内部对校企合作的研究和管理；调动企业参与校企合作的主动性，促使企业加强对校企合作的管理。
[Abstract]:The higher vocational education mode is a new mode adopted by higher vocational colleges in recent years . It is a kind of education mode for the college and the enterprise to cooperate with each other to train high - quality skilled talents . It is the only way to carry out the reform and development of higher vocational education . In recent years , with the rapid development of the economy of Wuhai City , the higher vocational education in Wuhai has developed rapidly . It has a long - term and profound practical significance to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of vocational education in Wuhai City and the rapid development of local economy . At the beginning of higher vocational education in Wuhai city , the mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises has been continuously explored . Although some achievements have been made , such as the construction of some external training bases , the improvement of personnel training , the improvement of the quality of curriculum construction , the improvement of the students ' employment rate , the training of teachers ' teams , the increase of the teaching means of the college and the development of the employment market . Based on the development model and successful experience of the cooperation between higher vocational education institutions such as Germany , the United States , Japan , the United Kingdom , Australia and the developed regions of China , such as Suzhou , Ningbo and Huanggang , this paper suggests that the government should formulate relevant policies , establish a perfect management system and win - win mechanism of cooperation in higher vocational education .
