职业教育中师生有效沟通的语言艺术研究

【摘要】：沟通是一种至关重要的教育方式,是教育实现的基石；教育活动得以有效实现是师生双方良好沟通的结果；故教育离不开沟通。职业教育作为教育中特殊的一类,师生沟通问题尤显重要；我国职业教育面对的学生大多有性格外向,不爱学习,思想复杂等特点,他们思维形式有明确的独立性和批评性,对事物以及老师均有自己一定的看法,并在向辩证思维发展。而正是学生思想的复杂性,使得我们教师在教育管理中处境尴尬。教育是一门科学,也是一门艺术。我们要在科学性的把握学生心理特点的同时,学会艺术性的与学生沟通。学校教育是教师与学生的共同活动,是在一定的师生关系维系下进行的。师生关系包括教育过程中教师与学生的相互关系,也包括教育活动以外的人际关系,我们要在民主平等的基础上,让学生学会尊重老师,让老师关爱学生,让学生间友爱互助,让家长与学校互信,建立全面良好的沟通与交流渠道。本文分成四个部分：第一部分,引言。从当前职业教育的新形势下分析师生沟通困难的现状;第二部分,职业教育中师生有效沟通的理论基础,从沟通的含义、心理学基础、人际关系学等角度认识沟通内涵；第三部分,职业教育中师生沟通存在的问题及原因分析；阐述师生在沟通中存在的心理及语言表达障碍,分析产生沟通不畅的原因所在；第四部分,有效改善师生沟通障碍的语言艺术,围绕口语、体态语及文字语言三方面要素对师生间的沟通问题就如何艺术性处理展开具体分析。
[Abstract]:Communication is a very important way of education, which is the cornerstone of educational realization, and the effective realization of educational activities is the result of good communication between teachers and students, so education cannot be separated from communication. As a special kind of education, vocational education is a special kind of education. The problem of communication between teachers and students is especially important. Most of the students in vocational education in our country have the characteristics of extroversion, dislike of learning, complex thoughts, and so on. Their thinking forms are clearly independent and critical. We have a certain view of things and teachers, and they are developing to dialectical thinking. It is the complexity of students' thoughts that makes us teachers in an awkward situation in educational management. Education is a science. It is also an art. We should grasp the psychological characteristics of students scientifically and learn to communicate with students artistically. School education is a joint activity between teachers and students, which is carried out under certain teacher-student relationship. The teacher-student relationship includes the relationship between teachers and students in the process of education, as well as interpersonal relationships outside of educational activities. On the basis of democracy and equality, we should let students learn to respect teachers, let teachers care for students, let students love and help each other, let parents and schools trust each other, and establish comprehensive and good channels of communication and communication. This article is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. From the current situation of vocational education in the new situation, the current situation of communication difficulties, the second part, the theoretical basis of effective communication between teachers and students in vocational education, from the meaning of communication, psychological basis, The third part analyzes the problems and causes of communication between teachers and students in vocational education, expounds the psychological and linguistic obstacles in communication between teachers and students, and analyzes the reasons for the communication. In the 4th part, the author analyzes how to deal with the problems of communication between teachers and students in the aspects of oral language, body language and written language, which can effectively improve the language art of teachers and students.
