技术系统演进视域中对职业教育本质特征的再探讨

【摘要】:伴随着技术系统的演进,人类的生产方式也相应地发生变化,由此驱动着产业转型升级,促进经济结构调整,从而对技术技能人才的素质和能力提出了更高要求。职业教育作为培养技术技能人才的一种相对独立的教育类型,肩负着促进技术技能积累、引领产业转型升级、服务区域经济社会发展的重要使命。因此,本文从历史发展的视角,分析技术系统的演进与职业教育学徒制、学校化、多元化、个性化发展历程中的对应关系,探讨职业教育的职业性、开放性、终身性等特征,以期明确职业教育发展目标,增强职业教育发展的定位自信、道路自信和前景自信。
[Abstract]:Along with the evolution of technological system, the mode of production of human beings changes accordingly, which drives the industrial transformation and upgrading, and promotes the adjustment of economic structure. As a relatively independent type of education, vocational education, as a relatively independent type of education, is responsible for promoting the accumulation of technical skills and leading the industrial transformation and upgrading. Therefore, from the perspective of historical development, this paper analyzes the corresponding relationship between the evolution of technology system and the apprenticeship system of vocational education, schoolization, diversification and individuation. This paper discusses the characteristics of vocational education, such as occupation, openness and life-long, in order to make clear the development goal of vocational education, and to strengthen the orientation confidence, road confidence and prospect confidence of vocational education development.
