高职院校卓越教师培养的价值追求与实施路径

【摘要】：文章阐述了高职院校卓越教师培养的价值追求,分析了高职院校卓越教师培养中存在的政策制度不完善,欠缺激励机制;"双师型"教师占比偏低;教师实践机会较少;教师职业精神有待提高四个方面的问题,并进一步提出应从政府层面制定倾斜政策;开拓"双师型"教师人才的来源;挑选在职教师,强化技能培训;引导高职师范生树立身份意识,提高职业能力四个方面探索高职院校卓越教师培养的实施路径,以推动我国高职教育健康发展。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the value pursuit of the training of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges, analyzes on the imperfection of policy system and the lack of incentive mechanism in the training of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges, the low proportion of "double qualified" teachers, the lack of practical opportunities for teachers; Teachers' professional spirit needs to be improved in four aspects, and further puts forward that the government should formulate preferential policies, develop the source of "double qualified" teachers, select in-service teachers, and strengthen skills training. In order to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education in our country, we should guide the students in higher vocational education to set up their identity consciousness and improve their vocational ability in four aspects: to explore the implementation path of training outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities.
