台湾地区高等技职教育发展及其启示

【摘要】:高等职业教育属于高等教育体系中必要的一个环节,也是当今技术职业教育的高级层次。它在教育体制中担负技术人养成的重任,同时也与社会进步、经济繁荣、科技强盛及充分实现就业目标紧密联系。伴随着经济迅猛发展、产业结构调整的形势,发展高层次的职业技术教育显得尤为重要,甚至将成为科教兴国、人才强国两大战略中不可缺失的关键部分。但目前,我国大陆地区的高等职业教育面临着发展时间较晚,内在体系仍不健全,社会认可度还有待重新定位等诸多亟需解决的问题。 台湾高等技职教育既吸纳了现代西方各国职业教育先进的理念,又借助于东方儒家文化崇尚读书,追求学历的传统,这种教育体系具备完善的结构体系,其发展时间较短,但却使台湾的经济发展一改贫瘠落后的面貌,一跃进入亚洲四小龙的行列,其体系发展已为世界各国职业教育界认可称赞,奉为模板。 本文以台湾高等技职教育为对象,从背景和历史发展开始,,尽最大努力在台湾高等技职教育历史长河中全方位多角度探讨台湾高等技职教育发展新的趋势,深入探究其发展规律,以期通过认识学习、研究理解、借鉴构造,在理论和实践两方面为探索我国大陆地区职业技术教育发展之路提供有益的启示。本文由绪论与四个部分组建而成。 第一,绪论部分(第一章),明确阐述了该课题的研究背景与意义、研究现状与思路及研究方法。 第二,台湾高等技职教育相关理论基础(第二章),主要从高等教育发展的方向以及职业教育发展的方向介绍研究相关的理论基础,同时对可能出现的重要名词概念进行界定,以期能够为后续的写作提供依据。 第三,台湾高等技职教育发展的历史(第三章),主要从历史发展的时间顺序以及社会政治经济发展的大的环境角度剖析台湾高等技职教育六十年的风雨历程,并叙述目前台湾高等技职教育面临的挑战与问题。 第四,台湾高等技职教育在现在所做的改革以及新的发展趋势(第四章),通过台湾“教育部”数据,分析新趋势所体现的台湾高等技职教育发展情况。 第五,台湾高等技职教育对大陆职业技术教育的启示(第五章),本章通过评析台湾高等技职教育教育成功之处,反思我国大陆地区高等职业技术教育的发展,为日后大陆地区职业技术教育的高层次发展寻求经验借鉴与理论铺垫。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is a necessary link in the system of higher education, and it is also an advanced level of technical vocational education. In the educational system, it takes on the important task of cultivating skilled people, at the same time, it is also associated with social progress and economic prosperity. With the rapid development of the economy and the readjustment of the industrial structure, it is particularly important to develop high-level vocational and technical education, which will even become a national rejuvenation through science and education. However, at present, the higher vocational education in mainland China is facing the late development time, and the internal system is still not perfect. Social recognition still needs to be reoriented and many other problems need to be solved. Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education not only absorbs the advanced concepts of vocational education in modern western countries, but also relies on the tradition of advocating reading and pursuing academic qualifications in the oriental Confucian culture. This kind of education system has a perfect structure system, and its development time is relatively short. However, Taiwan's economic development has been transformed into a barren and backward look, and Taiwan has leapt into the ranks of the four Little Dragons in Asia. The development of its system has been recognized and praised as a model by vocational education circles around the world. Based on the background and historical development of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education, this paper tries its best to explore the new development trend of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education from all directions and angles in the long history of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education. Deeply explore its development law, in order to understand, understand and learn from the structure through cognition, learning, research and understanding, This paper is composed of introduction and four parts, which provide useful inspiration for exploring the development of vocational and technical education in mainland China in both theory and practice. The first part is the introduction (Chapter 1), which describes the research background and significance, research status, ideas and research methods. Second, the theoretical basis of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan (Chapter II), mainly from the direction of the development of higher education and the direction of the development of vocational education to introduce the theoretical basis of the relevant research, and at the same time to define the concept of important terms that may appear. In order to provide the basis for the subsequent writing. Third, the history of the development of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education (Chapter 3), mainly from the historical development of the time sequence and the social, political and economic development of the larger environment of Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education 60 years of wind and rain. The challenges and problems faced by Taiwan's higher technical and vocational education are also described. Fourth, the reform and new development trend of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan (Chapter IV), through the data of "Ministry of Education" in Taiwan, this paper analyzes the development of higher technical and vocational education in Taiwan reflected by the new trend. Fifth, the enlightenment of Taiwan higher vocational education to mainland vocational and technical education (chapter 5), this chapter reflects on the development of higher vocational and technical education in mainland China by analyzing the success of Taiwan higher vocational and technical education. To seek experience and theoretical basis for the future development of vocational and technical education in mainland China.
