中等职业学校教师职业生涯入职期的激励研究

【摘要】:当前,迅速发展的中等职业教育,已经成为我国教育事业的重要组成部分之一。培养适合社会发展的中职技术人才,就需要一批既有扎实的理论知识、又有坚实的实践技能的中职教师队伍。本文从职业发展的角度,去探讨中职教师发展与其入职期的激励因素等的关系,为全面激发教师工作动机,引领教师行为,提高自身教育教学素质等具有深远的意义。 论文分五章进行阐述。 第一章重点介绍了教师生涯入职期的激励因素状况,提示本文选题和研究的内容、目标与意义,并指出了本文的研究方法及其研究的创意点。 第二章对职业生涯和激励等相关概念进行阐述。为下文重点研究职业生涯入职期的激励因素等问题打下基础。 第三章重点分析了职业生涯入职期中职教师的特点及激励需求等内容。先探讨了影响中职学校教师职业生涯入职期的多种因素,如教师自身因素即内部因素,外部因素包括社会因素和学校因素等,,接着探讨了中职教师职业生涯入职期面临的问题;最后对中职教师在职业生涯入职期的激励需求进行分析。 第四章通过调查问卷等措施,对中职教师职业生涯入职期激励因素调查与分析。在对调查数据统计与分析的基础上,探讨激励因素的重要性、被激励的感受程度与激励因素关系、激励因素需要度与满意度对比、中职教师的背景变量对激励因素的影响等内容。 第五章在前几章的基础上,重点阐述中职学校教师职业生涯入职期的激励机制,包括职业生涯发展入职期激励的基本原则,针对性地建立与完善中职学校教师职业生涯发展入职期的激励机制,激发教师的工作激情。 第六章是总结与展望,对本文的研究内容进行总结,指出研究存在的不足,并对后续研究工作进行期望。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of secondary vocational education, has become an important part of our education. In order to cultivate technical talents suitable for social development, we need a group of teachers with both solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills. From the angle of professional development, this paper probes into the relationship between the development of secondary vocational teachers and the incentive factors during their starting period, which has far-reaching significance in stimulating teachers' working motivation, guiding teachers' behavior and improving their own educational and teaching quality. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the motivation factors of teachers' career entry period, and points out the content, goal and significance of this paper, and points out the research methods and creative points of this paper. The second chapter expounds the related concepts of career and motivation. It lays a foundation for the following research on the motivation factors of career entry period. The third chapter focuses on the characteristics of vocational teachers and incentive needs. First, it discusses the factors that affect teachers' career entry, such as teachers' internal factors, external factors such as social factors and school factors, and then discusses the problems faced by the vocational school teachers' career entry period. Finally, the incentive needs of secondary vocational school teachers in the career entry period are analyzed. The fourth chapter investigates and analyzes the motivation factors of secondary vocational school teachers' career entry through questionnaire and other measures. On the basis of statistics and analysis of survey data, this paper discusses the importance of incentive factors, the relationship between the feeling degree of motivation and incentive factors, the need degree of incentive factors and satisfaction degree. The influence of the background variables of the secondary vocational school teachers on the motivation factors. On the basis of the previous chapters, the fifth chapter focuses on the incentive mechanism of the vocational school teachers' career entry period, including the basic principles of the career development induction period. To set up and perfect the incentive mechanism of teachers' career development in secondary vocational schools, and to stimulate teachers' working passion. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect, summarizes the research content of this paper, points out the shortcomings of the research, and expects the follow-up research work.
