工匠精神:职业教育改革的突破与超越

【摘要】：在探讨工匠精神的哲学思想发展的基础上,分析了职业教育工匠精神内涵与价值应体现的精神传授、精神特质、精神境界3个层次,指出要以工匠精神作为职业教育的灵魂,树立学生成长的精神标杆。通过转变就业观念,提升教育的价值认同,构建人才培养模式创新体系,探索工匠精神"广谱式"培育保障机制,将专业精神、职业态度和人文素养融入教育教学改革实践,有助于职业教育改革的突破与超越。
[Abstract]:On the basis of discussing the development of craftsman's spirit, this paper analyzes on the three levels of spiritual imparting, spiritual trait and spiritual realm, which should be embodied in the connotation and value of craftsman's spirit in vocational education, and points out that the craftsman's spirit should be regarded as the soul of vocational education. Set up a spiritual benchmark for students to grow up. By changing the concept of employment, promoting the value identity of education, constructing the innovation system of talent training mode, exploring the "broad-spectrum" cultivation and guarantee mechanism of craftsman's spirit, integrating professional spirit, professional attitude and humanistic accomplishment into the practice of education and teaching reform. It is helpful for the breakthrough and transcendence of vocational education reform.
