现代学徒制利益相关方分析

【摘要】：在人口结构变化和生产技术变革等多重原因下,国家提出现代学徒制为职业教育和企业合作开拓了新的路径与传统的人才培养模式相比,现代学徒制具有校企双主体培养、学生双重身份等特点,同时参与现代学徒制利益相关方也较多,如政府、学校、学生、企业等,通过对这些利益相关方的分析,可以分析研究现代学徒制的相关规律,找出中国特色现代学徒制的发展思路和发展趋势。本文在对现代学徒制的发展历史,现代学徒制的开展情况等介绍的基础上。通过利益相关方理论和概念的研究,分析现代学徒制利益相关方的利益诉求,构建出现代学徒制的动力图。以广东的现代学徒制项目为例分析相关的情况和培养模式,在此基础上对参与现代学徒制的利益相关方进行利益诉求分析,总结他们在现代学徒制所追求的利益和所承担的角色。以上述的情况为基础,构建出我国现代学徒制的动力图,进一步分析现代学徒制的发展动力,从学生的视角对比我国职业院校的传统人才培养模式和现代学徒制人才培养模式之间的差异,总结现代学徒制在职业教育发展当中的优势。为此,根据学生的学习目的、课程评价和实习体验设计了12个调查项目对上述两个群体当中选取的100个被试展开调查。结论为现代学徒制上述的三个方面都比传统的人才培养模式有优势。最后,提出了在开展现代学徒制过程中对政府、企业、学校和学生的建议。
[Abstract]:Because of the change of population structure and production technology, the modern apprenticeship system has opened up a new path for vocational education and enterprise cooperation. Compared with the traditional talent training mode, the modern apprenticeship system has the dual subject cultivation of school and enterprise. Students' dual identity and participation in modern apprenticeship system stakeholders, such as government, schools, students, enterprises and so on, through the analysis of these stakeholders, we can analyze and study the relevant laws of modern apprenticeship system. To find out the development of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and development trend. This paper introduces the history of modern apprenticeship and the development of modern apprenticeship. Based on the research of stakeholder theory and concept, this paper analyzes the interest demands of modern apprenticeship stakeholders, and constructs the dynamic map of modern apprenticeship system. Taking the project of modern apprenticeship in Guangdong as an example, this paper analyzes the relevant situation and cultivation mode, and then analyzes the interest demands of the stakeholders who participate in the modern apprenticeship system. Summarize their interests and roles in modern apprenticeship. Based on the above situation, the dynamic map of the modern apprenticeship system in China is constructed, and the motive force of the development of the modern apprenticeship system is further analyzed. This paper compares the differences between the traditional talent training mode and the modern apprenticeship training mode in vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of students, and summarizes the advantages of modern apprenticeship system in the development of vocational education. Therefore, according to the students' learning purpose, the course evaluation and the practice experience were designed to investigate the 100 subjects selected from the above two groups. Conclusion the above three aspects of modern apprenticeship system are superior to the traditional talent training mode. Finally, some suggestions to the government, enterprises, schools and students in the process of developing modern apprenticeship system are put forward.
