创新学分制下的高职院校教育管理改革

【摘要】：在我国,高职院校实践创新学分制的现状不尽如人意,主要是传统高职教育管理对于推行创新学分制形成了障碍。文章从管理机制、管理模式和管理手段三个角度思考创新学分制下高职教育管理改革的思路,并提出了创新学分制下高职教育管理改革的途径,包括构建以创新能力培养为核心的专业课程体系、创造以优化资源配置为目标的创新实践条件、构筑以营造创新氛围为目的的机制与保障等。
[Abstract]:In China, the practice of innovative credit system in higher vocational colleges is not satisfactory, mainly because the traditional management of higher vocational education has become an obstacle to the implementation of innovative credit system. This paper, from three angles of management mechanism, management mode and management means, thinks about the idea of innovating the management reform of higher vocational education under the credit system, and puts forward the ways of innovating the management reform of higher vocational education under the credit system. It includes the construction of a professional curriculum system with the core of the cultivation of innovative ability, the creation of innovative practical conditions aiming at optimizing the allocation of resources, and the construction of a mechanism and guarantee for the purpose of creating an innovative atmosphere.
