职业教育应对第三次工业革命挑战的战略抉择

【摘要】:第三次工业革命以数字化、智能化的智能工厂生产模式为典型代表,具有制造数字化、大规模订制化、生产社会化的特征,随着新技术应用范围的不断扩展,工作世界的变革将会日益呈现出以下趋势:在职业更替上,由"碗底聚集"向"两端扩展";在组织结构上,由"垂直分割"向"扁平互融";在岗位职责上,由"清晰明确"向"弹性模糊";在职业能力上,由"标准高效"向"个性创新"。而作为与工作世界紧密联系的职业教育,应主动通过专业结构调整、市场力量激活、培养规格转型、培养路径创新以应对技术革命。
[Abstract]:The third Industrial Revolution was represented by the digital and intelligent production mode of intelligent factories. It was characterized by digitalization of manufacturing, large-scale customization and socialization of production. With the continuous expansion of the scope of application of new technologies, The changes in the world of work will increasingly show the following trends: in terms of career turnover, from "bottom gathering" to "two ends"; in organizational structure, from "vertical division" to "flat integration"; and in job responsibilities, From "clarity" to "flexibility ambiguity", and from "standard efficiency" to "personality innovation" in professional ability. The vocational education, which is closely related to the world of work, should actively adjust its professional structure, activate market forces, transform its training specifications, and innovate its path to cope with the technological revolution.
