高职院校专业教学资源开发现状与对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,专业教学资源库建设项目作为职业教育内涵发展的重要举措,在发挥示范高职院校辐射效应,促进资源共建共享方面取得显著成就。由于缺少围绕专业教学资源的顶层设计研究,专业教学资源的开发结构一直处于不断摸索阶段,导致资源的实用性低下问题凸出。不同于以往对某一专业教学资源库开发的相关研究,也不同于大多数对支持专业教学资源库运行的机制或技术的研究,本研究在对关于专业教学资源开发的相关文献进行梳理的基础上,综合运用文献分析法、网络内容分析法等多种研究方法,试图在对专业教学资源库建设项目情况的整体把握的基础上,围绕影响资源有效性发挥的问题,从资源开发内容和资源开发方法上提出相应的改进建议。第一部分中,对本研究将要探讨的专业教学资源内涵进行重新界定,以文本、视频等类型呈现的辅助教学和学习材料的集合是本研究的研究对象。第二部分中,从项目建设团队、资源总量、资源覆盖面、资源更新频率等维度对国家级专业教学资源库项目进行宏观考查,并结合部分资源建设项目书和资源库平台,对资源开发内容和开发方法进行微观考量。从资源本身来讲,资源内容的选择和序化是影响资源有效性发挥的重要因素。第三部分中,立足于职业教育实践,论述实用性专业教学资源开发的目标及其理念,专业教学资源应在工作过程系统化思想的指导下,从课程开发的方法和步骤导出资源开发的结构和资源开发路径,并按照教学逻辑,对碎片化教学资源的内容及其类型做出简要分类。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as an important measure of the development of vocational education connotation, the construction project of professional teaching resource bank has made remarkable achievements in bringing into play the radiation effect of demonstration vocational colleges and promoting the co-construction and sharing of resources. Due to the lack of top-level design research around professional teaching resources, the development structure of professional teaching resources has been in the stage of continuous exploration, resulting in the low availability of resources. Different from the previous research on the development of a professional teaching resource bank, or most of the research on the mechanism or technology to support the operation of the professional teaching resource bank, On the basis of combing the relevant documents about the development of professional teaching resources, this study synthetically applies the literature analysis method, the network content analysis method and other research methods. On the basis of the overall understanding of the construction project of the professional teaching resource bank, this paper attempts to put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement from the contents and methods of resource development around the problems affecting the effectiveness of resources. In the first part, the connotation of professional teaching resources will be redefined. The collection of teaching and learning materials presented by text, video and other types is the object of this study. The second part, from the project construction team, the total amount of resources, the coverage of resources, resources update frequency and other dimensions of the national professional teaching resources database project macro examination, and combined with part of the resource construction project book and resource database platform, The contents and methods of resource development are considered microscopically. From the point of view of resource itself, the selection and ordering of resource content is an important factor affecting resource effectiveness. In the third part, based on the practice of vocational education, the paper discusses the goal and concept of developing practical professional teaching resources, which should be guided by the systematic thinking of working process. The structure and path of resource development are derived from the methods and steps of curriculum development. According to the teaching logic, the contents and types of fragmented teaching resources are classified briefly.
