职教师资职业能力职前培养创新探索

【摘要】：职教师资是我国培养高技能人才的主力军,是职业教育教学工作的践行者。职教师资的职业能力将直接影响高技能人才的培养质量。文章通过分析目前职教师资职前职业能力培养中的普遍问题,提出了运用项目、案例教学法的产训结合的教学新模式,配合使用质量监控、过程考核的新举措,能够为职教师资职前职业能力的培养提供一套较为合理、行之有效的指导方案。
[Abstract]:Vocational education teachers are the main force of training high-skilled talents in our country, and the practitioners of vocational education and teaching work. The vocational ability of vocational education teachers will directly affect the training quality of high-skilled talents. Based on the analysis of the common problems in the pre-service vocational ability training of vocational education teachers, this paper puts forward a new teaching model of combining production and training with project and case teaching method, and a new measure of quality control and process assessment. It can provide a set of reasonable and effective guiding scheme for the training of pre-service vocational ability of vocational education teachers.
