高职院校实施全面质量管理的策略

【摘要】：当前,我国经济社会的快速发展对高职院校的人才培养质量提出了新的、更高的要求。高职院校可以借鉴企业管理的模式,通过实施全面质量管理,制定特色鲜明、符合顾客需求的人才培养目标,实施持续改进、全程控制的人才培养过程,构建全员参与、全要素投入的人才培养体系,应对高职院校间竞争的态势,满足我国经济进入新常态之后发展的需求,为高职院校的稳健发展提供保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of economy and society in our country puts forward new and higher requirements for the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges can draw lessons from the mode of enterprise management, through the implementation of total quality management, the establishment of distinctive characteristics, in line with the needs of customers, the implementation of continuous improvement, the entire control of the talent training process, building the full participation, The talent training system with the input of all elements can meet the needs of the development of our country's economy after entering the new normal and provide the guarantee for the steady development of higher vocational colleges.
