校企深层次合作平台存在的问题和破解策略

【摘要】：校企深层次合作平台存在着校企利益冲突大、校企利益共赢难,合作双方能力欠缺、缺乏持续生存能力,校企各层次的合作失衡和趋于形式化等问题。其深层次的原因包括宏观层次存在制度供给缺陷,中观层次缺乏积极引导和有效监督,微观层次存在盲目的政绩观。最后,提出如何从宏观、中观和微观层面破解校企深层次合作平台存在的问题。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in the deep cooperation platform of school and enterprise, such as the conflict of interests of the school and enterprise, the mutual benefit of the school and enterprise, the lack of the ability of both sides to cooperate, the lack of sustainable survival ability, the imbalance and formalization of the cooperation at all levels of the school and enterprise. The deep reasons include the defects of the system supply at the macro level, the lack of active guidance and effective supervision at the middle level, and the blind view of achievement at the micro level. Finally, this paper puts forward how to solve the problems existing in the deep level cooperation platform of school and enterprise from macro, meso and micro level.
