县级职教中心德育课程资源整合研究

【摘要】:在我国各级各类的教育中,农村职业教育与“三农”问题的联系最直接、最紧密。农村职业教育的大力发展,不仅有助于普及农村高中阶段教育、促进农村剩余劳动力的转移,更是为了振兴农村经济和社会的发展,培养现代农业发展所迫切需要的高素质新型职业农民与农业生产技术管理人员。县级职教中心是农村职业教育的重要力量,处于中心地位,起着骨干示范作用。因此,深化县级职教中心德育工作的改革,实现德育课程资源的有效整合与利用,,对培养德才兼备的高素质农村事业建设者和工作者具有重要的意义。 本论文首先研究了县级职教中心德育课程资源的基本问题。在此基础上,以河北省的24所县级职教中心为范例,以职教中心的德育课教师及德育主管人员为调查对象,采用问卷调查与访谈调查相结合的方法,对县级职教中心的德育课程资源现状进行了调查,总结归纳出当前德育课程资源整合过程中存在的问题。最后,针对问题并结合县级职教中心的实际,从基本原则、主导力量以及路径与策略三方面论述了整合县级职教中心德育课程资源的对策与建议。全文共分为四章,各章节主要内容如下: 第一章:绪论。主要论述本研究的背景、目的和意义;相关研究成果的综述;及本研究的基本思路和研究方法。 第二章:县级职教中心德育课程资源的概述。论述县级职教中心德育课程资源内涵、类别、特征等基本问题,并阐述整合县级职教中心德育课程资源的必要性及理论基础。 第三章:县级职教中心德育课程资源的现状调查。在分析我国中等职业学校德育课程的历史嬗变的基础上,对县级职教中心德育课程资源进行现状调查,通过数据的统计和分析对所调查结果进行量化处理和定性分析,以客观、真实地解析县级职教中心德育课程资源的现状、问题及其成因。 第四章:整合县级职教中心德育课程资源的对策与建议。从整合县级职教中心德育课程资源的基本原则、主导力量、路径策略三方面有针对性地提出资源整合的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Among all kinds of education in our country, rural vocational education has the most direct and close relation with agriculture, countryside and farmers. The vigorous development of rural vocational education is not only conducive to popularizing rural senior high school education and promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor, but also to revitalizing rural economic and social development. Cultivate the high-quality new professional farmers and agricultural production technical management personnel which are urgently needed for the development of modern agriculture. County Vocational Education Center is an important force of rural vocational education, in the central position, plays a backbone role in demonstration. Therefore, it is of great significance to deepen the reform of moral education work in the county vocational education center and to realize the effective integration and utilization of moral education curriculum resources, which is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality rural builders and workers with both morality and ability. This paper first studies the basic problems of moral education curriculum resources in county vocational education center. On this basis, taking 24 county vocational education centers in Hebei Province as an example, taking moral education teachers and moral education supervisors in vocational education centers as the objects of investigation, the method of combining questionnaire survey with interview investigation is adopted. This paper investigates the present situation of moral education curriculum resources in county vocational education centers and summarizes the problems existing in the process of integrating moral education curriculum resources. Finally, according to the problems and the reality of the county vocational education center, this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of integrating the moral education curriculum resources of the county vocational education center from three aspects: the basic principle, the leading force, the path and the strategy. The full text is divided into four chapters, the main contents of each chapter are as follows: Chapter one: introduction. This paper mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance of this study, the summary of related research results, and the basic ideas and research methods of this study. Chapter two: summary of moral education curriculum resources in county vocational education center. This paper discusses the connotation, category and characteristics of moral education curriculum resources in vocational education centers at county level, and expounds the necessity and theoretical basis of integrating moral education curriculum resources of vocational education centers at county level. The third chapter: the current situation investigation of moral education curriculum resources in county vocational education center. On the basis of analyzing the historical evolution of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools in China, this paper investigates the present situation of moral education curriculum resources in vocational education centers at county level, and quantifies and qualitatively analyzes the investigation results through the statistics and analysis of data, in order to objectively, This paper analyzes the status quo, problems and causes of moral education curriculum resources in county vocational education centers. Chapter four: countermeasures and suggestions for integrating moral education curriculum resources of county vocational education center. From the basic principles of integrating the moral education curriculum resources of the county vocational education center, the leading force and the path strategy, the countermeasures of resource integration are put forward.
