高职公共基础课课程改革研究

【摘要】:当前高职教育的课程改革之中普遍存在急功近利,过度重视专业课程和实践教学,轻视公共基础课教学的现象,这与高职教育人的全面发展和可持续发展理念是相悖逆的。通过对公共基础课课程建设与改革的研究,可以进一步揭示出公共基础课在高职教育人才培养的重要作用,寻找公共基础课进一步改革的思路和措施,更好地促进公共基础课的课程改革。 文章使用的研究方法主要是调查(访谈)法、经验总结法和文献分析法。首先,笔者对国内外大量相关研究文献进行了详细的梳理,从而对公共基础课在我国高职教育中现状有了较为详细、深刻的认知;接着,结合笔者开展的问卷调查和访谈,从而对我国高职公共基础课课程改革的实施现状有了一个整体性的把握,从而提出解决思路和具体措施。 文章分为四个部分。第一部分导论部分,主要针对课题的研究背景和公共基础课当前的改革与发展状况进行了梳理;第二部分主要回顾了我国公共基础课改革的历程。通过对笔者所在学校的公共基础课现状的调查、访谈,对当前高职公共基础课建设和改革的现状做了论述;第三部分论述了高职公共基础课的课程定位,并对课程目标、课程内容、课程结构、知识体系和质量评价方法进行了分析;第四部分主要提出了公共基础课改革基本思路,提出了坚持能力本位和“必须、够用”为度的改革策略,并就此提出了具体的改革措施。最后的结论是:高职教育公共基础课改革要体现能力本位思想,渗透职业素养的培训,服务于专业教学需要和兼顾服务于学生的可持续发展。变“学科本位”为“能力本位”,才能在整个高职教育人才培养体系中发挥应有的作用,最终实现为高职教育的人才培养目标服务的目的。
[Abstract]:In the current curriculum reform of higher vocational education, there is an urgent need for quick success and instant benefit, and too much attention is paid to professional courses and practical teaching, and the phenomenon of despising the teaching of public basic courses is contrary to the concept of all-round development and sustainable development of people in higher vocational education. Through the research on the course construction and reform of the public basic course, we can further reveal the important role of the public basic course in the training of talents in higher vocational education, and find out the ideas and measures for the further reform of the public basic course. Better promote the public basic curriculum reform. The research methods used in this paper are investigation (interview) method, experience summary method and literature analysis method. First of all, the author of a large number of relevant research literature at home and abroad have been combed in detail, so that the status of public basic courses in higher vocational education in China has a more detailed and profound understanding; then, combined with the questionnaire survey and interviews conducted by the author, Therefore, it has a holistic grasp on the present situation of the implementation of the public basic course reform in higher vocational education, and puts forward the solutions and concrete measures. The article is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background of the research and the current reform and development of the public basic course. The second part mainly reviews the course of the reform of the public basic course in China. Through the investigation of the present situation of the public basic courses in the school where the author is located, the author discusses the current situation of the construction and reform of the public basic courses in higher vocational colleges, the third part discusses the curriculum orientation of the public basic courses in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the curriculum objectives of the public basic courses in higher vocational colleges. The content, structure, knowledge system and quality evaluation method are analyzed. The fourth part mainly puts forward the basic ideas of public basic course reform, and puts forward the reform strategy of insisting on the ability standard and the degree of "must, enough". And put forward the concrete reform measure to this. The final conclusion is that the reform of public basic courses in higher vocational education should embody the idea of competency-based, permeate the training of professional literacy, serve the needs of professional teaching and give consideration to the sustainable development of students. Only by changing "subject standard" to "ability standard" can we play its due role in the whole talent training system of higher vocational education, and finally realize the purpose of serving the goal of talent training in higher vocational education.
