高职院校教师在职培训问题研究

【摘要】:随着社会的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,用人单位对人才的素质需求也发生着巨大的变化,既掌握一定的专业理论知识又具备熟练操作能力的技能型、应用型人才成为了劳动力市场的宠儿。在此背景下,高职院校作为实施高职教育的主体,自然而然地肩负起为社会培养生产、服务、管理一线岗位的技能型、应用型人才的使命。教师的质量高低对于高职院校是至关重要的,它决定了高职院校的办学水平和人才培养的质量。为此,国家大力倡导加强高职院校的教师队伍建设,尤其是“双师型”教师队伍的建设,保障高职院校人才培养的质量。但在现阶段,专门培养职业院校师资的职业技术师范学院数量非常少,难以满足高职院校的迫切需求,所以在职培训成为了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的重要途径。为高职院校教师提供规范化、科学化、合理化的在职培训体系,能够提高专业理论水平、教学能力和实践操作技能,从而加快我国高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设。 本文以高职院校教师在职培训为研究内容,采用文献分析法和比较研究法,通过对国内和国外高职院校教师在职培训的相关资料进行归纳和分析,力求对高职院校教师在职培训进行有价值的探索。 论文的主要内容包括以下几个方面:第1章为绪论,阐述了高职院校教师在职培训问题的提出及研究意义、文献综述、研究的思路和方法、创新与不足以及相关概念的界定;第2章对高职院校教师在职培训进行理性思考,探讨了高职院校教师在职培训的理论依据及政策依据。高职院校教师参与在职培训不仅有教师专业化理论和终身教育理论为基础,而且我国颁布的各项法规中也对教师参与在职培训的权利、义务及各项内容给予了重视,为高职院校教师参与在职培训奠定了政策依据;第3章通过对国内和国外高职院校教师在职培训相关资料进行归纳和分析,了解我国高职院校教师在职培训的现状及存在问题,探讨问题产生的原因,为更好的推进高职院校教师在职培训提供依据;第4章借鉴国外发达国家高职院校教师在职培训的成功经验,为我国高职院校教师在职培训提供几点建议,主要有以下方面:转变高职院校管理者及高职教师的态度,增强高职院校教师对在职培训重要性的了解和认识;健全高职院校教师在职培训的政策法规,为高职教师在职培训提供保障性的环境;结合国家文件的精神及本地区的实情,制定完整的、符合教师群体需求和个性化需求的培训规划;采取多种手段和措施,多渠道的筹集在职培训的专项经费,扩大经费来源;采取灵活多样的培训形式;完善科学合理的评价机制;加强对高职院校兼职教师的培训;尽力拓展培训渠道,为高职教师提供充足的培训机会。 本研究以期为我国高职院校教师的在职培训走上规范化、合理化、科学化的道路提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the continuous progress of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the quality demand of the employing units, which not only master certain professional theoretical knowledge but also have skilled operation ability. Applied talents have become the favorite of the labor market. In this context, higher vocational colleges are used as the implementation of higher vocational education. As the main body, it is natural to shoulder the mission of cultivating, serving and managing the skills of the front-line posts for the society. The high and low quality of the teachers is very important to the higher vocational colleges. It determines the level of the higher vocational schools and the quality of the training of talents. Construction, especially the construction of "double teacher type", ensures the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges. However, at the present stage, the number of Vocational and technical teachers training colleges specializing in Vocational Colleges and universities is very small, so it is difficult to meet the urgent needs of higher vocational colleges, so the on-the-job training has been built for the construction of "double teacher" teachers in higher vocational colleges. The important way is to provide teachers with standardized, scientific and rationalized on-the-job training system for higher vocational college teachers, which can improve the professional theory level, teaching ability and practical operation skills, so as to speed up the construction of "double teacher" teachers in higher vocational colleges.
This paper, taking the vocational training of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research content, adopts the method of literature analysis and comparative study, through the induction and analysis of the relevant information of the in-service training of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad, and tries to make a valuable exploration for the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
The main contents of the thesis include the following aspects: the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the proposal and research significance of vocational training for teachers in higher vocational colleges, literature review, ideas and methods of research, innovation and deficiency, and definition of related concepts; the second chapter makes rational thinking on the on-the-job training of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and discusses the higher vocational colleges. Teachers' on-the-job training is based on the theoretical basis and policy basis. Teachers' participation in on-the-job training is not only based on the theory of professionalization of teachers and the theory of lifelong education, but also the rights, obligations and various contents of teachers' participation in on-the-job training are also attached to the teachers' participation in on-the-job training for teachers in higher vocational colleges. It has laid the policy basis; in the third chapter, through the induction and analysis of the relevant information about the in-service training of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad, the present situation and existing problems of the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges are understood and the reasons for the problems are discussed so as to provide a better basis for promoting the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges; the fourth chapter draws lessons from foreign hair. The successful experience of on-the-job training for teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges provides some suggestions for the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges, including the following aspects: changing the attitude of higher vocational college administrators and higher vocational teachers, enhancing the understanding and understanding of the importance of vocational training for teachers in higher vocational colleges, and improving the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Policies and regulations provide a secure environment for Vocational Teachers' on-the-job training; combine the spirit of the national documents and the actual situation in the region, formulate a complete training plan that meets the needs of the teachers' group and the individual needs; take a variety of means and measures to raise the special funds of the in-service training, and expand the source of funds; take flexible and flexible ways. Various training forms; perfect the scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism; strengthen the training of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges; try to expand the training channels to provide adequate training opportunities for higher vocational teachers.
The purpose of this study is to provide some reference value for teachers' on-the-job training in Higher Vocational Colleges to be standardized, rationalized and scientific.
