发展本科层次职业教育:路径选择与机制保障

【摘要】：发展本科层次职业教育是我国经济社会发展和现代职业教育体系构建的现实诉求。从我国目前教育体系的实际出发,结合职业教育发展现状,引导一批新建地方本科院校的转型应该是我国发展本科层次职业教育最为现实的路径选择。这一转型过程中,需要地方本科院校在办学定位、人才培养目标和学生评价、教师队伍建设以及产学研平台建设方面进行系统转型。与此同时,国家必须给予一定的政策倾斜和制度保障。
[Abstract]:The development of undergraduate level vocational education is the realistic demand of our country's economic and social development and the construction of modern vocational education system. Based on the reality of our country's current education system and the present situation of vocational education, it is the most realistic path to guide the transformation of a group of newly established local colleges and universities to develop vocational education at the undergraduate level in our country. In the process of this transformation, it is necessary for the local colleges and universities to make a systematic transformation in the aspects of the orientation of running a university, the goal of talent training and the evaluation of students, the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the production, learning and research platform. At the same time, the state must give a certain policy tilt and institutional protection.
