民主管理视角下的延边地区中职学校班级自主管理研究

【摘要】:素质教育的全面推进和大力发展现代职业教育政策的实施,要求中等职业学校应以实现学生的全面发展和个性发展作为教育的终极目标。班级是学校教育活动的基本单位,班级管理的好坏直接决定着学校教育目标能否顺利的实现。随着民主管理理念在各个领域的渗透,将民主管理理论应用到班级管理实践中,以“公平、公开、公正”为原则,实现班级管理的要求向全体学生内在需求的转化,为学生营造宽松、自由、和谐的氛围,鼓励学生自主决策、自主执行、自主监督和自主评价,形成班级的自主管理模式,最终实现学生的全面发展和个性发展成为中职学校急需解决的课题。延边地区位于中、俄、朝三国交界的地理优势和属于朝鲜族聚居区的民族特点,决定着该地区中职学校的班级学生结构有着一定的特殊性,因此针对延边地区中职学校的特点,研究如何科学高效地进行班级自主管理有重要的现实意义。本研究以自主管理理论、民主管理理论、马斯洛的需要层次理论、多元智能化理论和梅奥人际关系理论为基础,结合国内外的相关研究成果,选取延边地区具有一定代表性的中职学校——延边职业技术学院的学生作为调查对象,利用SPSS18.0统计软件对该校班级自主管理的现状进行调查问卷分析,结合对学生的访谈,得出如下结论:学生自主管理意识水平低,缺乏主动参与班级管理的积极性;班级管理缺乏民主性,管理形式僵化;班干部的自主管理意识有待加强,自主参与班级管理的能力有待提升的调查结果。从社会、家庭、学校的方面剖析学生自主管理意识及能力低下的原因,同时班级管理中对民主管理的误解和缺乏有效的激励机制也是形成以上调查结果的主要原因。在以上结论的基础上,根据民主理论和班级自主管理理论,提出了以下四个改善班级自主管理现状的对策:多渠道创设学生自主管理班级的机会;增强班级成员的民主意识;科学合理地选拔班级干部;实行多元化评价。通过本研究可以进一步充实班级自主管理理论,促进中职学校班级管理效率的提高。
[Abstract]:The overall promotion of quality education and the implementation of modern vocational education policy require secondary vocational schools to take the realization of students' all-round development and personality development as the ultimate goal of education. Class is the basic unit of school education activities. The quality of class management directly determines whether the school education goal can be realized smoothly. With the permeation of democratic management concept in various fields, the democratic management theory is applied to the practice of class management. With the principle of "fairness, openness and justice", the requirements of class management are transformed to the inner needs of all students. To create a relaxed, free and harmonious atmosphere for students, encourage students to make decisions independently, carry out independently, supervise independently and evaluate independently, and form the autonomous management mode of class. Finally, realizing the all-round development and personality development of students has become an urgent task for secondary vocational schools. The geographical advantage of Yanbian region at the border of China, Russia and Korea and the ethnic characteristics of the Korean nationality area determine that the class structure of the secondary vocational school in this area has its own particularity, so it aims at the characteristics of the secondary vocational school in Yanbian area. It is of great practical significance to study how to manage class independently scientifically and efficiently. This study is based on autonomous management theory, democratic management theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, multiple intelligence theory and Mayo's interpersonal relationship theory, combined with relevant research results at home and abroad. The students of Yanbian Vocational and Technical College, a representative secondary vocational school in Yanbian area, are selected as the objects of investigation. The present situation of class management in Yanbian area is analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 statistical software, and the students are interviewed. The conclusions are as follows: low level of students' consciousness of independent management, lack of enthusiasm to actively participate in class management, lack of democracy in class management, rigidity of management form, awareness of independent management of class cadres to be strengthened, The ability to participate in class management needs to be improved. From the aspects of society, family and school, this paper analyzes the causes of students' low consciousness and ability of autonomous management. Meanwhile, the misunderstanding of democratic management in class management and the lack of effective incentive mechanism are also the main reasons for the above results. On the basis of the above conclusions, according to the democratic theory and the theory of class autonomy management, this paper puts forward the following four countermeasures to improve the present situation of class autonomy management: creating opportunities for students to manage their classes autonomously through multiple channels; Scientific and rational selection of class cadres; implementation of diversified evaluation. This study can further enrich the theory of class independent management and promote the efficiency of secondary vocational school class management.
