职高专业学习中的思想引导

【摘要】:在当今较大的就业压力和多元文化的影响下,职高的学生部分存在责任意识淡薄、功利思想严重、是非观念不明、个人意识过强等思想方面的问题,而这些问题必须引起我们教育工作者的充分重视,因为这些问题对学生将来正确的人生观、价值观的形成以及毕业后对社会的价值贡献会造成不良影响。而从专业学习的角度对学生进行思想引导,确实是我们实际工作中常常忽视的;所以,职高专业学习中的思想引导研究具有现实需要的意义。所谓职高专业学习中的思想引导是指实现职高生对自己情感的自我调控,促使他们形成独立健全的个性与人格特征;促使他们真正成为“德智体美劳"全面发展的、有知识、懂技能、有理想、有追求的高素养的社会主义合格建设者和接班人。文章以非智力因素为切入点,以教学为载体,目标直指信息时代日益被忽略的非智力因素还以应有的地位。只有这样才能真正蕴育出既具有专业能力又涵养综合素质的人才。目前,职高专业学习中思想引导存在的问题是缺乏在师生间亦教亦学的情境中挖掘与学生共舞的良好师生关系,有效提高教学效果的同时激发学生的学习兴趣与潜能,形成良好的职业素养与行为习惯等。其主要原因在于职高学生文化程度边缘化及心理成长的特殊性没能得到充分的关爱与引导。解决职高专业学习中思想引导的实践策略是充分考虑学生的情感发展、生活境遇、人生体验、以及社会发展等实际情况,指导和帮助他们处理日常生活中遇到的困惑,解开学生思想上的“结”。在大量阅读文献的基础上,运用了文献分析法、比较法、问卷调查和实证研究等方法。以湖南涉外经济学院的技校生为研究对象,结合当今职高生及职高教育管理存在问题的现状,运用新的教育理念,从理论与实践的角度,为教育管理方式方法的改进提供思考和参考。
[Abstract]:Under the pressure of employment and the influence of multi-culture, some students in higher vocational schools have some ideological problems, such as weak sense of responsibility, serious utilitarianism, unclear concept of right and wrong, and strong personal consciousness. These problems must arouse our educators'full attention, because these problems have a correct life for students in the future. The formation of outlook on value, the formation of values and the value contribution to society after graduation will have a negative impact. But from the perspective of professional learning, ideological guidance to students is often overlooked in our actual work; therefore, the study of ideological guidance in vocational college professional learning has practical significance. Guidance refers to the realization of Vocational College Students'self-regulation of their own emotions, so as to promote them to form independent and sound personality and personality characteristics; to promote them to truly become "moral, intellectual, physical and labor" all-round development, knowledge, skills, ideals, pursuit of high-quality socialist qualified builders and successors. Only in this way can we truly cultivate talents with both professional ability and comprehensive quality. At present, the problem of ideological guidance in Vocational and technical education is the lack of digging and learning in the situation between teachers and students. The main reason is that the marginalization of vocational students'educational level and the particularity of their psychological growth can not be fully taken care of and guided. The practical strategy of wanting to guide students is to give full consideration to their emotional development, life situation, life experience, and social development, to guide and help them deal with the puzzles they encounter in daily life, and to solve the students'ideological "knots". On the basis of reading a large number of literatures, the author uses literature analysis, comparative method, questionnaire survey and so on. Taking the technical school students of Hunan Institute of Foreign Economics as the research object, combining with the current situation of the problems existing in the management of vocational college students and Vocational College education, this paper uses new educational ideas to provide thinking and reference for the improvement of educational management methods from the perspective of theory and practice.
