高职“双师双能”师资建设体系的跨界协同与路径选择

【摘要】："双师双能"是高职教育对教师职业能力提出的从人员构成到人员素质、从专业知识到技术实践的双向度发展要求。随着当前高职师资引进与培养劣势的逐渐凸显,亟待高职院校进行师资建设体系的整体改革,把选择和培育师资的空间扩展到校外,借助企业行业等社会力量,以构建深度合作的校企共同体为实现基础,以教育型企业牵头承担师资培训为支撑条件,以跨领域人才引进和完善评价激励制度为基本保障,以双岗双职、平台构建为协同方式,合理整合高职"双师双能"师资职业能力培养的多元因素和运行方式,实现高职师资的跨界共育。
[Abstract]:"double teachers and two abilities" is the requirement of higher vocational education for teachers' professional ability from the composition of personnel to the quality of personnel, from professional knowledge to technical practice. With the increasing disadvantage of the introduction and cultivation of teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to carry out the overall reform of the teacher construction system, to expand the space for selecting and cultivating teachers outside the school, and to make use of social forces such as the enterprise industry, etc. On the basis of constructing a community of schools and enterprises with deep cooperation, taking the leadership of educational enterprises to undertake teacher training as the supporting condition, taking the introduction and improvement of the evaluation incentive system as the basic guarantee, taking the dual posts and posts as the basic guarantee, The platform is set up as a cooperative way to reasonably integrate the multiple factors and operation modes of "double teachers and two abilities" teachers' professional ability cultivation in higher vocational education, so as to realize the cross-boundary co-education of higher vocational teachers.
