[Abstract]:Zhou Wenjin, Ph.D. of East China normal University in 2012, paid attention to the promotion of the president's leadership from the angle of complexity in his thesis. Based on the analysis of the complexity environment of secondary vocational school principals and the complexity characteristics of secondary vocational school principals' leadership enhancement, the author discusses how to effectively promote secondary vocational schools.
