基于农村人力资源开发的中等职业教育发展对策研究
[Abstract]:Human resources is the key to the development of productive forces, is the road to a strong country, the foundation of rich countries. The level of rural human resources is low, the quality of rural human resources is poor, the development of rural human resources is seriously lagging behind, and there is a big gap with the requirements of agricultural modernization and the leap-forward development of rural economy, so the development of rural human resources is of great importance and urgency. Education is the main way to develop human resources and cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality laborers, tens of millions of specialized talents and a large number of top innovative talents. As an important part of high school education in our country, secondary vocational education is responsible for training hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and tens of millions of skilled personnel. It is the only way for farmers to develop from general labor force to specialized labor force. It is also the fundamental way to increase the total amount of human resources and improve the ability and quality of rural workers. It is an important foundation for the economic and social development of our country and the construction of the powerful country of human resources, and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of rural human resources. Guided by the spirit of relevant national documents, based on full literature and empirical data, this paper analyzes the status and role of secondary vocational education in the development of rural human resources by using the relevant theories of human resources and vocational education. It is pointed out that the development of secondary vocational education in the process of developing rural human resources has some problems, such as insufficient development, lack of attraction, lag of legislation, shortage of funds, lack of significant training effect, and eccentricity of value orientation, etc. Based on the successful experience of developing rural human resources by vocational education in developed countries, this paper puts forward the following points: to develop rural vocational education, to strengthen the legal system construction, to increase the investment of funds, to strengthen the training of new farmers' vocational skills, and to improve the level and quality of running a school. The countermeasures of developing rural human resources in secondary vocational education are to build a good development environment.
