《公安信息系统应用》课程逆向循环案例教学模式的应用研究

【摘要】:公安院校大多数是以职业教育为主的高职院校,教学内容的专业性、针对性强,公安院校培养出来的学生大多在公安行业中从事侦查、打击犯罪分子,维护社会和人民安定等工作,除了必要的职业技能以外,还需要具有灵活、多变的思维能力。职业院校教学现在大多采用案例教学法,能够很好的使学生掌握某种行业的技能,但掌握的技能相对死板,程式化现象严重,适用于知识技能比较固定的行业(机械使用、车辆组装)。公安院校一直以来也很注重案例教学法,但是公安行业除了本专业的知识技能之外,更注重学员的思维能力,毕竟公安警察面对的行业对象是以人为主,因此要想完成好本职工作,就必须具有及其敏锐的思维能力,及时拓展侦查思路、发现侦查方向,就不能采用传统案例教学法让学生以案比案,很容易钻入牛角尖出不来。笔者所研究的逆向循环案例教学法模式,就是在传统案例教学法模式的基础上进行改进,教师采用任务驱动、引导探究等教学方法,使学员在整个教学过程中通过角色扮演等方法时刻处于主动,更注重对他们的思维模式进行训练,从而在走上工作岗位后能快速胜任本职工作。在完成本篇论文的一年多时间里,,我以《公安信息系统应用》课程为主,在内蒙古警察职业学院法律两个区队进行了传统案例教学模式和逆向循环案例教学模式的对比效果研究,经过对问卷调查、授课和测验结果的分析,可以看出逆向循环案例教学模式比传统的案例教学模式在调动学员学习积极性和养成侦查思维等方面更适合于我公安院校。
[Abstract]:Most of the public security colleges and universities are vocational colleges with professional teaching contents and strong pertinence. Most of the students trained by public security colleges are engaged in investigation and cracking down on criminals in the public security profession. Maintenance of social and people's stability and other work, in addition to the necessary professional skills, but also with flexible, changeable thinking ability. Most vocational colleges and universities now use case-based teaching method, which can make students master the skills of a certain industry, but the skills are relatively rigid and stylized, which is suitable for the industries with fixed knowledge and skills (mechanical use, Vehicle assembly) Public security colleges and universities have always attached great importance to case teaching methods, but in addition to their own professional knowledge and skills, the public security industry pays more attention to the students' thinking ability. After all, the public security police are mainly facing people in the profession. Therefore, if we want to complete our own work well, we must have the acute thinking ability, expand the investigation train of thought in time, discover the investigation direction, we can not use the traditional case teaching method to let the students compare the case with the case, and it is easy to get into the bull's horn and not come out. The reverse circulation case teaching model which the author studies is to improve on the basis of the traditional case teaching method, teachers adopt task-driven, lead inquiry and other teaching methods. So that the students in the whole teaching process through the role-playing methods at all times in the initiative, pay more attention to their thinking mode of training, so as to walk on the job can be quickly competent. In the more than a year I have completed this thesis, I have focused on the course "Application of Public Security Information system". The comparative effect of traditional case teaching model and reverse circulation case teaching model was studied in two law districts of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College. Through the analysis of questionnaire investigation, teaching and test results, the author made a study on the effect of traditional case teaching model and reverse circulation case teaching model in Inner Mongolia Vocational College. It can be seen that the reverse circulation case teaching model is more suitable for our public security colleges than the traditional case teaching model in mobilizing students' learning enthusiasm and forming investigation thinking.
