职业教育集团化办学探索实践与趋势分析

【摘要】：职教集团作为我国加快发展现代职业教育的一项组织创新,为职业教育进一步深化产教融合、校企合作发挥了积极作用。近年来,为科学有效地推进江苏食品职业教育集团化办学,江苏食品药品职业技术学院从分析职业教育集团化的社会需求入手,在完善职业教育集团化办学体制、建立职业教育与产业对话机制、推进校企一体化办学、建立并落实教师下企业实践锻炼、建立中高衔接、高职和应用型本科对接的现代职教体系和加强国际合作与交流等方面大胆探索实践,有效实现了教育链和产业链的深度融合,取得了显著的办学业绩和建设成效。
[Abstract]:As an organizational innovation for accelerating the development of modern vocational education in our country, the vocational education group has played an active role in the further deepening of the education and integration of the vocational education and the cooperation of the school and the enterprise. In recent years, in order to promote the school-running of Jiangsu food vocational education in a scientific and effective way, the Jiangsu Food and Drug Technical College starts with the analysis of the social demand of the collectivization of vocational education, and establishes the mechanism of vocational education and industry dialogue in perfect vocational education collectivized school-running system. To promote the integration of the school and enterprise, establish and implement the practice and exercise of the enterprise under the teacher, establish the modern vocational education system of high-link, higher vocational and application-oriented undergraduate and strengthen international cooperation and communication, and effectively realize the deep integration of the education chain and the industrial chain, Significant performance and construction achievements have been achieved.
