专业化视角下幼儿教师职前声乐教育现状及其改革探索

【摘要】：职前教育是促进幼儿教师专业化的重要途径,但从目前幼儿教师职前教育的现状来看,还存在着不少问题。以职前声乐教育为例,目前普遍存在职前声乐课程体系明显滞后于现阶段幼儿园音乐教育需求,学制复杂,声乐课程设置无序、混乱,学科单一,只强调基础性,缺乏实践性与综合性,学生声乐教育专业化水平低等弊端。为此,高师院校学前教育专业声乐教育改革必须从完善幼儿教师职前声乐课程体系构建,加强对学生进行声乐综合素质培养和特长训练,以及通过多种方式强化学生声乐教学实践能力等方面入手,重视并发挥职前教育对提高未来幼儿教师声乐教育能力与专业发展水平的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Pre-service education is an important way to promote the professionalization of preschool teachers, but from the current situation of preschool teachers' pre-service education, there are still many problems. Take the pre-service vocal music education as an example. At present, the pre-service vocal music curriculum system obviously lags behind the current kindergarten music education needs, the school system is complex, the vocal music curriculum is disordered, chaotic, the subject is single, only emphasizes the basic. Lack of practicality and comprehensiveness, low professional level of students' vocal music education. Therefore, the reform of vocal music education in preschool education in normal universities must be constructed from perfecting the pre-service vocal music curriculum system of preschool teachers. Strengthen the students' comprehensive quality of vocal music training and special training, as well as through a variety of ways to strengthen students' vocal music teaching practical ability and so on. Pay attention to and give play to the important role of pre-service education in improving the ability of vocal music education and professional development of preschool teachers in the future.
