幼教集团教师专业成长叙事研究

【摘要】:当前,集团化幼儿园作为新型的学前教育组织形式,越来越多的被社会认可。它在优化学前教育资源,解决入园难,扩大学前三年毛入学率方面发挥着积极作用。幼教集团的迅速发展正迎合了新时代对高素质人才的需求,也是当今时代发展的需要,幼教集团在实践能力的发展方面越来越迅猛,但相比实践而言,幼教集团的理论研究则较为缺乏,新时期加强幼教集团的相关理论研究。幼儿教师的专业发展而作为幼教集团发展的重要组成部分,集团下属教师的专业发展问题同样值得我们重点关注。幼儿教师专业化的发展趋势是当今时代经济和社会发展的要求,也是幼儿教师社会地位提高和幼教职业加强社会认可度的必然要求。幼儿教师队伍的素质高低关系着幼儿园教育事业的成败。而叙事研究作为一种教育研究的重要手段,它通过教育者自身的生活经验的讲述来促进研究者对于教育及其本真含义的理解,这种研究的本质就是在于去寻找一种适宜的展现和揭示生活教育经验。它所侧重的是在特定的场合和一定的时间阶段,发生过什么样的事情,“主人公”又是怎么样去思考、应付、理解这些事情的。本论文选取某集团式幼儿园中的两位老师作为研究对象,运用叙事研究方法,进入幼儿园教学一线,与研究对象进行了多次深入、细致的访谈,积累了大量访谈数据与观察资料。研究目的是为了深入剖析集团式幼儿园体制内的教师专业成才的历程,还原一个真实的教师专业成长路径。研究过程大致分以下三个阶段:第一,文献资料的收集。主要是全面地了解研究幼教集团、教师专业成长与叙事研究这三个方面的以往研究成果,梳理本研究的研究方向与侧重点;第二,访谈。根据前期的文献资料的梳理,确定访谈提纲,挑选合适的幼教集团与最佳的叙事研究目标人选。通过前期的沟通准备,进入教育第一现场,与目标教师进行正式访谈。第三,访谈资料的整理与分析。在对原始资料的分类基础上,做进一步的分类整理,挑拣出清晰的教师专业成长脉络,再根据所要研究的侧重点,把相应材料统一归纳,进一步进行分析,以产生出深层次的研究成果。最后,面对纷繁复杂的访谈资料,一时间充实感与无助感并存,经过艰难的尝试,几经调整,确定分析的方向。分别从入职前期、入职中期与入职成熟期三个方面内研究对象不同的成长历程、关键事件等进行重点分析。得出研究反思,即:幼教集团下教师专业成长的“再认识”;促进教师专业成长的“资金实力与制度保障”;“人文关怀”是一个永恒的命题。
[Abstract]:At present, group kindergarten as a new form of preschool education organization, more and more recognized by society. It plays an active role in optimizing preschool education resources, solving the difficulties of entering the school, and expanding the gross enrolment rate of pre-school three years. The rapid development of preschool education group meets the needs of high-quality talents in the new era, and it is also the need of the development of modern times. The development of practical ability of preschool education group is more and more rapid, but compared with practice, it is more and more rapid. The theoretical study of preschool education group is relatively lacking, and the relevant theoretical research of preschool education group should be strengthened in the new period. The professional development of preschool teachers as an important part of the development of preschool education group, the professional development of teachers under the group also deserves our attention. The development trend of preschool teachers' specialization is not only the requirement of economic and social development, but also the inevitable requirement of improving the social status of preschool teachers and strengthening the social recognition of kindergarten teachers. The quality of kindergarten teachers is related to the success or failure of kindergarten education. As an important means of educational research, narrative research promotes researchers' understanding of education and its true meaning through the narration of educators' own life experience. The essence of this research is to find a suitable way to reveal the experience of life education. It focuses on what has happened and how the protagonist has thought, dealt with, and understood these things in a given situation and a certain period of time. This paper selects two teachers in a group kindergarten as the research object, uses narrative research method, enters the kindergarten teaching front line, and carries on many deep and meticulous interviews with the research object. Accumulated a large number of interview data and observation data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of teachers' professional development in group kindergartens and to restore a true path of teachers' professional growth. The research process is divided into the following three stages: first, the collection of literature. It is mainly a comprehensive understanding of the research group, teachers' professional growth and narrative research of these three aspects of the previous research results, combing the research direction and focus of this study; second, interviews. According to the previous literature, the interview outline was determined, and the suitable preschool education group and the best narrative research target were selected. Through early communication preparation, enter the first educational scene, and conduct formal interviews with target teachers. Third, the collation and analysis of interview materials. On the basis of the classification of the original data, we will further classify and sort out a clear context of teachers' professional growth, and then, according to the focus of the research, we will generalize the corresponding materials in a unified manner, and further analyze them. In order to produce deep research results. Finally, in the face of numerous and complicated interview materials, the sense of fullness and helplessness coexist for a time. After trying hard and adjusting several times, the direction of analysis is determined. This paper focuses on the analysis of the different growth process and key events of the research objects in three aspects: the early stage, the middle stage and the mature stage. The author comes to the conclusion of the research reflection, that is, the "recognition" of teachers' professional growth under the preschool education group, the "financial strength and institutional guarantee" to promote the professional growth of teachers, and the "humanistic concern" is an eternal proposition.
